My worst hotel experience in a long time, the front desk officers looked and acted ĺĺĺke. they were not conversant with the situations . Hotel is so unkept and most features are broken. Wc doesn't stop running when flushed ... bathroom had molds in the shower. It was an awful experience for me. Even if the receptionist had little or no control over the situation that are management issue. No shower caps

Advantages: The hotel front desk is very friendly, smiling, proactively helping to solve problems, and the bed is relatively clean. Disadvantages: There is a fly in the toilet, and the vending machine downstairs in the hotel will deduct the wrong amount and charge more🥹

Don’t believe the negative reviews, This hotel was easy to find and in a lovely quiet village, was very clean. We landed well after the check in time but as long as you let them know there was no problem. Staff Very friendly staff and professional it’s only a 15mins walk to main bus route into centre Amsterdam which is 15mins bus ride. Very handy Lidl opposite hotel. I would recommend staying here as it’s very cheap/clean/safe and very easy access to town. We had no problems

We took the free shuttle bus from the airport which took us to just down the road from the hotel, a quick150m walk. Very nice, helpful and smiling staff. We had two rooms, both were very clean and with a fresh smell, with lovely, comfortable beds. Nice bar and breakfast area, with great coffee and tasty breakfast.. Thank you for our stay, it set a great start to our first visit in the Netherlands! We would definately choose you again :-). As for some comments I have read on the view to the back: our room was to the back, very nice and quiet (no noise from planes at all) and as for the view, I liked how you have set out some plants in the back pathway, it looked tidy and nice enough.

Modernized and comfortable facilities made our stay a pleasant one, as well as the friendly staff and the efficient shuttle service that we could rely on. The hotel is a bit apart, but with the shuttle we were able to move anywhere we wanted from the Schiphol airport.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Amsterdam. It is 35 minutes ride via tram 17 from the central station, but you might have to wait it for about 10 minutes, and there is a 15 minutes walk from tram stop to hotel, so you are looking for about 1 hour to get from hotel to city center. It is a residential area, and there is nothing interesting nearby though you can eat at a very decent Sahan restaurant. On the other hand we saw rabbits and geese near the hotel :-) The room and bathroom were really large, there were beds, a chair, and armchair, a desk, a small round table, a dresser, a closet. The breakfast cost 14.50 euro. and it was excellent. There were hot items (scrambled eggs, fried bacon, kidney beans), cheese, sausages, fruits, pastries, different type of bread, juices, etc. The room and bathroom were clean but the cleaning team cold do better (I accidently dropped a cotton ball on the shower floor and found it on the next day on the same place). Unfortunately there was no tea/coffee in the room. You can buy tea at the reception but it would cost 2 euro. There was no refrigerator in the room. The staff is nice and helping customers providing maps etc. The hotel located about 15-20 minutes from the airport which is also convenient for visiting Keukenhof gardens.

I really enjoyed my one week stay at Citiez. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. They cannot do enough for you and are very helpful. We lost our multi-day tram pass and the staff went above and beyond to help, even offering alternate means of transport. They have good local knowledge and suggest good places to eat. They also helped us explore the various options for getting back to the airport on the morning we flew back to the UK. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. We are a family of four so the room felt a little bit small with two double beds, but this was expected. I reported to reception that our sink wasn’t draining away and they arranged for it to be fixed before I got back that same day. The continental breakfast is on until 11 so there’s no rush to get out of bed in the morning. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is about 25 minutes on the tram to Amsterdam centre. You need the no. 17 which runs regularly and there is a stop teo mins walk from the hotel. You can get the tram from outside Amsterdam Central and the stop you need is Osdorpplein West.

We were really pleased with our stay at Corendon. We stayed at the plaza, when arrived se received a nice friendly welcome which is always nice. The shuttle service to and from the airport is a big selling point. It made travelling into Amsterdam super easy. A train came pretty much every 10 minutes from schipol airport to the centre so it was so handy. The hotel itself is very lovely, clean and well designed. Our rooms were a decent size and the view of the plane was great. We had breakfast on one day which was great. Some small negatives were - our room was only cleaned on one of the days and it seemed it has be rushed with the bed not properly made. Also there was a horrible horrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom - you could only smell it in the bathroom and it was like that for 2 days solid - not sure if any other rooms had the same problem? Overall a really good stay and would use this hotel again.
