Pretty friendly checkin and checkout worker. Too few channels on TV (Around 17, of which only France 24 was Anglophone). The duvet was a bit thick, but soft. The bathroom lacked a dedicated soap bottle. The room was otherwise nice enough. The breakfast buffet was very sad stuff. The door to the lifts on 9th floor could need some greasing. My top tip: When arriving to the hotel by non-car, use the pedestrian side of the tunnel from west, not the bicycle road (due to a total lack of crosswalks in the area).
The Boutique Hotel Villa Oldenhoff provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Boutique Hotel Villa Oldenhoff is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Abcoude. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Abcoude located approximately 6km away and Schiphol Airport roughly 16km away. Seeing Abcoude's sights from this hotel is easy with Shri Sitaram Dhaam Mandir, Landje Van Geijsel and JILLA all close by. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Abcoude hotel provides parking on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.
Unfortunately, upon arrival we still had to pay 30 euros in costs. This is in addition to the booking costs. They said this included parking costs and tourist tax.
We no longer book through trip.com. We don't like this kind of antics. With other booking sites I have never had extra costs that were so excessively high.
The shower head needs to be descaled. Gutter zinc is also completely calcified. A guest in a hotel room had a beatbox on loudly until 2 a.m. We ordered a drink on the 18th floor.....quick time...and had to wait half an hour for it.
The view of the room is beautiful to experience. Beds are nice and soft.

The hotel is in good condition, the room was clean and the staff was very nice. It is very close to the metro station, a 5-10 min walk and 15-20 min to the next station where you can also take the train. You can take M54 and arrive in 20 min to the central station. Also it is very close to the airport a 30 min ride with the bus (cheaper way) or 10 min ride with the train (it is more expensive). It has a nice terrase where you can drink a coffee (it cost 3.50 euro). There is a nice park next to it where you can walk.
This hotel is far away from the center of Amsterdam, near Bullewigk station on metro line 54. The metro station is very close, it takes less than 5 minutes to get there, but there are no shops nearby. You have to take a car or walk for more than ten minutes to get to the stadium and there are many shops. There is currently construction work at the subway exit, but no noise was heard. Walking back to the hotel from the subway station at night was very peaceful. However, I stayed in Building No. 2. There was no front desk or security, so I just punched in by myself. Sometimes there would be tourists enjoying cigarettes standing at the door. Once when I came back at night, someone followed me in, which really scared me๐. Although the facilities in the room are good, if you are a girl, it is not recommended to live in the second building. It will not feel safe.
Stayed here one night on IHG rewards points as a platinum member. Reception staff were super friendly, efficient and professional. The room was excellent on the 12th floor with great corner window views. Breakfast also good. Iโd say this was one of the best express stays Iโve had. Sometimes this brand can be fairly low on the quality scale but this location is fantastic. Also, the let me store my bike in the luggage room of the holiday inn below.
My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Arena Towers on 5 to 12 July 2022. This hotel is well placed for Airport connection (2nd stop and regular) as well as for the metro. The hotel has a basic gym' and plenty of areas to sit down and relax. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the 2 barmen/waiters on the 1st floor restaurant/bar are by far the most efficient, friendliest and generally decent hotel staff I have come across in many years. They made the hotel extra special. I did notice the cost of the room was very high one night and found out that the Rolling Stones were playing at the nearly Ajax stadium. I would however definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return soon as, coming from the Western Isles of Scotland, there are good KLM services direct from Inverness airport. Highly recommended.
Very well priced, two minute walk from metro station. From the airport to the hotel was one train and one metro, really easy. While dining options close by are limited , a short one metro stop and you are in the arena district with countless options. Very helpful staff, nice rooms, not spotless but have seen much worse. Also very easy to access old town, that metro that stops out front will take you there in 25 minutes. We liked it because it took us away from the crowds.
It was our first time visiting Amsterdam and this was a great choice of hotel! It was right next to the Stadium and the best thing was there was a game during our time there... you might think that there was a lot of confusion and noise but the opposite, we didn't hear anything! The hotel is of great quality and the bedroom has anything you need. The best thing for us was the restaurant/bar where we ate almost every day and the food was really good! Totally recommend this hotel when you go to Amsterdam, it's close to the train, so in 15 minutes you're right in the city center.
The aparthotel is very nice. However, I need to share my disappointment to the hotel reception for being very rude upon checking out. I supposed to check out at 11AM, the staff knock my door around 10.30AM, I told him I am sorry but can you give half an hour to check out as I just finished my meetings online. He said yes no problem. Another 20 mins, a lady knocked on my door with a very rude attitude. She asked me to get out now. Like now. I told her give me 5 mins I am almost done packing. She said now, you gotta come out now.
I rushed myself and went to the reception to check out and apparently sheโs the reception .
This is very rude and never had I experienced something like this from a hotel
