Our two-night stay at the hotel, especially celebrating New Year's Eve there, was an unforgettable experience. The highlight was the exquisite 10-course dinner at Mori restaurant on December 31st, where every dish was deliciously crafted. The evening continued delightfully with an outstanding performance by Felix Peikli & Friends at the Biblioteket Bar, making our New Year's celebration truly exceptional. The hotel itself is a breath of fresh air; its modern ambiance and comfortable rooms provided a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered was satisfying, and the SPA facilities were undoubtedly the highlight of our visit – top-notch and rejuvenating. Considering the fantastic experience we had, I'm already contemplating more visits to this wonderful hotel.

Outside the city so very peaceful. There is a bus that brings you to the city, but it is a short under 5 minute walk. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the caesar salad is out of this world! Has a big buffet style breakfast. No air-conditioning, but can ask for a fan from the front desk. Housekeeping available upon request. Has many hiking trails around the hotel. Big free parking.

Hotel was recently updated and you can tell. The rooms were very nice and clean. We came as a large family group and I felt that the hotel was very accommodating and patient with all our kids. The front desk staff was very helpful, very patient, and kind to us while we were there. They also made it easy when we had to make last minute itinerary changes, with no resentment or any judgment. I would highly recommend this hotel.

When I checked in, the front desk didn't check that I paid on Ctrip, so I made a mistake... I received a refund when I returned to the room (I saw some reviews saying this, so friends who check in should pay attention)
But everything else is good!
The service at the front desk and the restaurant is very nice
The room is not big but very clean (please bring your own toiletries and slippers, which are not provided here in Northern Europe)
Breakfast is one of the highlights here. The omelette mixed with mashed potatoes is worth trying. The other flavors are also very good and rich! And not very salty... God knows I would be killed by the salt in Norway
The location is also very good, 5 minutes walk to the train station, next to Munch and the Opera House
There is a Japanese ramen restaurant nearby, which is also delicious~
In short, it is a good choice

The location is right next to the train station, which is very convenient. All kinds of public transportation are also nearby, and some attractions are within walking distance. It has a geographical advantage. Although the room is not big, it is comfortable, well-organized and clean. The breakfast provided has a wide variety of food, rich and delicious, and the ingredients are not sloppy👍
The only drawback is that I don’t know if it happened to be a weekend, but there was a very low music beat at night. It didn’t stop until 2 o’clock in the middle of the night. I had to use earplugs to sleep😅
But I would still recommend it to others!

The hotel was easy to find from Oslo S, the central train station. (It's less than a 10 minute walk away.) Check in was quick and easy. I was anticipating storing my luggage until check in, but my room was ready when I arrived. Yes, the room is a little dated, but it was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. (There were 3-4 steps that I had to walk to get to my room.). They do have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the bathroom, which I loved. The bed was comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast there, but the buffet looked like it had a lot of choices. I did eat cake in the afternoon and it was delicious. The evening meal looked good, but I was usually gone until close to the end of it. (The idea that a hotel serves you breakfast, cake in the afternoon, and dinner is unique.). The location is very convenient to most of Oslo, so I only took public transport once. The people at the front desk were very nice and helped me figure out the best way to get my flight out. Overall, I loved this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Not very pleasant service, dirty kitchen and bathroom and very odd layout. Imagine being in a strange Alice in Wonderland apartment, except it's not quaint, it's seedy. This is what our apartment felt like. Oversized furniture, lots of odd angles and surely no building code approval. Only positives were the sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. It was quiet and 20 minute walk to the waterfront. The washing machine did not work, it did not even turn on, there wasn't a toaster, a dish cloth or even a tea towel. The bathroom had a weird hole in the wall stuffed with paper and there was a light switch? that did nothing?? I would not recommend this place, unless you're desperate!
