If you say that the hotel is rich in color, it is a Heritage Hotel with only 25 rooms in Badgren. After the 2015 earthquake, the owner rescued a large number of artifacts from the world heritage of Badgren, and almost all the furniture was rescued from the disaster. The 75-year-old window frame sculpture was rescued from the fire, and the 400-year-old stone floor survived in the rubble of the palace. If it is possible, I also hope that, like the owners of these hotels in Nepal, they will be the inheritors of culture, and will preserve and inherit the history that they have experienced in their lives. #文化体验#

First of all , I would definitely recommend staying at least one night in Bhaktapur, where people mostly do it as a day trip from Kathmandu. Located in one of the narrow lanes of the old city, the hotel is hardly a minute's walk from Durbar square . This is a traditional family home converted to a boutique hotel without losing its old world charm. Clean room, cosy bedding, friendly service and a lovely rooftop with views of the durbar square wherein you catch a glimpse of the local life. Breakfast was a bit basic but again, you can't complain for the rates you pay.

Take a taxi to the entrance of the scenic area, bought a ticket (500 rubles-equivalent to 30 yuan), pass Duba Square, the alley on the left, it is easy to see this hotel. I arrived early, so I decided to go to Nagarkot. The man who looked like a hotel owner seriously told me how to get to the bus station and gave me directions on the map. The room was clean and fairly quiet. Breakfast on the roof is attentive. Finally, I also recommend a reliable taxi back to Kathmandu, and pick up the bus at the entrance of the hotel when the time is right.

The hotel is located at the core of Badgang. Taxis cannot reach the door but it is not far away. The hotel waiters will help us carry our luggage. We live on the third floor. Durbar Square is outside the corridor window. There is nothing to do on the floor. It is very comfortable to sit on the top and watch people coming and going in the square. There are more people worshiping in the square in the morning, and there are also more pigeons. Between 7 and 8 o'clock, the sun is good, the local residents have gone home, and the tourists have not yet arrived, which is the best time to take pictures. The Western-style breakfast is quite rich: bread, omelettes, cereals, juice, fruits, but you have to order extra coffee. What needs improvement is that the pillows are not very comfortable.

Extremely friendly little hotel. Centrally situated in Bhaktapur with all the main sites in this fascinating city within a short walk. It’s a bit tricky to find the first time, being in a little pedestrian alley. Best to get the taxi driver to phone the hotel once he/she is inside the old city and the owners will meet you. Prices are very cheap and you can get a Newari style breakfast if you want. The owners made us feel like part of the family. Recommended.

The friendly greeting, attentive service, awesome restaurant and excellent amenities make the Hotel Bhadgaon the perfect choice to start or end a visit to Nepal. After a three week trek, I choose the latter and enjoyed relaxing in the pool, fast laundry service, and the slower pace (and clean air!) of Bhaktapur to unwind. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and their shuttle service got me to the airport when it was time to depart. They make a great Mojito and there's a resident cat who will say hello is you ask him. Conveniently located right off the main road from the airport, it's easy to get to, quiet, and a short walk to the hustle/bustle of Bhaktapur's Durbar Square. I'll return to the Hotel Bhadgaon after my next Nepal trek!

First, if you’re coming to Bhaktapur, you should really try to spend at least one night here. The city is at its most magical at sunrise and sunset so a day trip really doesn’t do it justice. If you’re going to stay in Bhaktapur, the Vajra guesthouse is a great place to do it. There are plenty of three star hotels that are comfortable and clean, but none of them have the team at the Vajra. The restaurant staff, the front desk, the ownership, and housekeeping all went out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic only minutes from Terbar Square and a short walk to all the sites in medieval Bhaktapur. The restaurant is very good, too.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square
郭润龙浪迹天涯20240615 morning: 1. Badegang Duba Square (Bhaktapur Durbar Square), also known as Baktapur Palace Square, is an ancient complex in Badegang Village, 15 kilometers away from the suburbs of Kathmandu City, Nepal. It is known as the "open-air museum" and "the essence and treasure house of medieval Nepalese art". The 13th century Malla Kings were established here and built palaces, temples and other buildings, and until the 18th century it was the political and economic center of Nepal. The scenic spot is divided into 3 parts of the palace, the periphery of the palace, and the street and alley area. It is a good place for viewing photography, humanistic learning, worshiping Buddha and praying for blessings, and shopping. Due to the earthquake of April 25, 2015 in Nepal, the ancient buildings were seriously damaged. Many buildings are currently under repair. There are three Durbar squares in Nepal, built by three sons of King Mara VI, and two in downtown Kathmandu and Patan. ① Address: Badegang Village, Kathmandu City, Nepal ② Transportation: Direct bus, easy to drive ③ Heavy season: No ④ Duration: 4 hours ⑤ Ticket price: 500 rupees (27.8 yuan) 2. The palace is the core area of the main building complex, and there are: ① Golden Gate (also known as the sol gate), It is a gilded palace gate, built by the last king of the Mara Dynasty, Tenagit, 8 meters high, although small, but exquisite carving, a combination of multi-ethnic totems, including Chinese dragons, rumored to make this gate a unique existence in the world, The king assassinated the builder of the gate after it was built. Nepal does not produce gold, which was purchased from Tibet with silver. There is a soldier guarding here. When the tourist takes pictures, he will hide at the door and want to take a photo with him but he is declined. The first courtyard into the main entrance of the palace is where the king receives his subjects. There is a stone statue engraved with the protection goddess Kshetrapala Chhwasa, surrounded by sacrifices ③ the temple of the goddess Talaizhu: Built in 1553 (Ming Jiajing 32 years), it is the oldest building in the area, at that time a total of 99 courtyards were built, and only 6 are left, namely Moor Courtyard, Bairabu Courtyard, Igata Courtyard, Marati Courtyard, Shidi Courtyard, etc. Non-Hindus are prohibited from entering, and photographing is strictly prohibited. There are soldiers guarding it. The wood carvings on the door are extremely exquisite. Unfortunately, they cannot be photographed and displayed. You can see through the door that there is a courtyard-style courtyard. The building worships the patron saint of the Mala Dynasty, Talezhu, the goddess of Bavani, also known as the child goddess, who is a few Shakya girls who have not shed blood and have been sick, have no birthmarks, and have neat teeth. They create a tragic image and horror scene, etc., among which they have no fear of color, The worry-free girl will become a new living goddess to be worshipped, until her menstruation is at the beginning of the replacement, and Kumari means virgin in Indian, the current incarnation of the living goddess is called Kumar... The number of words is over, and it continues in the last picture
