Ideal location if you want to avoid town and stay near the beach. I enjoyed evening walk from hotel to Saint Kilda beach. It was less than 5 km for return trip.

There was a power outage at the property for about an hour. The environment is indeed good. There is an additional charge for the parking lot. The entrance is at the main entrance of the hotel. You can drive in directly. There is no bathtub. The scenery opposite is the parking lot. Fortunately, the internal environment of the hotel is really good. The breakfast downstairs is very good, you need to order a la carte.

In the scenic area, you need to click on the iron gate when checking in, otherwise you will not be able to enter the scenic area. You can order dinner in the castle. It seems to be 90 New Zealand dollars per person. The stable room where I live is in the attic on the second floor. There is enough space to store two boxes. Breakfast is very good. It is English breakfast with buffet + set menu. We didn’t finish the meal, so we took it away and went to Sandfly Bay for Chinese food. Get up early and visit the gardens and castle. Staying here is equivalent to visiting the castle for free. It smells great.

Basic but ok. Service was excellent though. Owner was very accommodating.

There is a microwave refrigerator, it is very convenient to go to the supermarket to buy things and simply cook some food. The hot water is also very good, it is very comfortable to take a shower after a day of playing. The parking space is a guest, and the extra vehicle charges. The hotel is very beautiful, the facilities are very good, the hotel is very new. Although there is no front desk, an email will be sent to contact in advance. The kitchen is complete and you can stay for a few more days.
