Best Pukaki Hotels

There was a power outage in Tekapo, so we were forced to move to this small town. Fortunately, we came across a motel that had just opened and the sanitary environment was very good. The tableware is very complete, you can cook your own meals, and it's not far from the supermarket, about 20 minutes' walk. If you need to wash clothes, there is also a washing and drying machine.

A good place to live in Twizel when you pass by from Tekapo to Wānaka. Easy to park in front of your room and decent living facilities. Not far away from the supermarket and restaurants. The only small snag is that the shower room may be a little bit small for me but it isn’t a big issue. All in all, a pretty lovely wooden house to live for a night in Twizel.

The landlord was very nice. When I arrived, I found that the car had a flat tire and no spare tire was found. The room is overall very clean, spacious, and the location is very convenient. Located in the small town of Twizel, 47 minutes from Mount Cook and quite close to Lake Pukaki. The people in this small town are very nice~ However, I want to complain to Ctrip. My father and I had to sleep separately in the double bed and single bed booked on the system. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we found out that Ctrip had assigned us a double bed in the hotel system, which made it inconvenient for us at night. Bad reviews on Ctrip.

We had a good two night stay at Distinction Mackenzie Country Hotel. It was well located and an easy drive to the attractions of Mount Cook Aotaki. The hotel was also well placed for our subsequent drive to Queenstown. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a comfortable stay.
