The best ang breakfast buffet nila so far.
Nice din ang view sa room namin.
Complete set of toiletries, slippers and a laundry bag. They also have complimentary bottled water and coffee in our room with an electric kettle.
Malaki din ang lobby nila which is also nice. May gym and pool din sila.
The total experience is excellent.
We will surely come back.

The staff went that extra philipine mile to do everything they could to make my stay as good as it could possibly be . The location was perfect for local food and shopping. The food in the hotel was masarap. In all I would recommend it to friends

Location is perfect since it’s in the city proper. Breakfast is a bit awkward since it’s in a conference room not in their restaurant, with a round table good for 10pax so you’ll be eating with others in the same table. Pillows are not comfortable but the room is huge and spacious.

Our stay there was comfortable and convenient.
Message to the owner:
I hope room #2 will be able to have an AC that is installed correctly. Our only problem was the AC was needed to be turned off every time someone is cooking since the back unit was indoor kitchen installed.

AAnonymous User, i was on here before and i love it but i think the hotel is slacking down in terms of cleanliness, it is not well maintained. linens looks untidy (has stained and ripped) it was hidden and just tucked on the bed so it wont be noticed., towels sooo uncomfortable, carpets needs shampoo and vaccum. even in hallways.

AAnonymous UserHotel was unassuming yet served its purpose. A/C was properly working, shower pressure was strong, TV also functional. I was able to boil some herbal tea in the provided electric kettle which I planned to store for further use. However, refrigerator wasn’t working. Walls were also thin and noise can be heard from the hallways. Apart from that, being a budget hotel, it was reasonable for a short stay.

However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, which was a slight inconvenience. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d happily return soon.

JJPGood Location, a minute walk from festive mall. Sobrang convenient especially during Dinagyang Festival. There's some spot sa sahig na hnd na sweep. Overall good deal na considering it was during Dinagyang.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect and i stayed 5 nights to see the Dinagyang Festival. You can see the parade dinagyang just from the hotel area. Many staffs working and cleanliness is maintained. The restaurant is good and price is just right affordable with plenty of choices.
The things that i don't liked is the uncomfortable mattress the room is small. but is budget hotel but clean and cheap. No elevator or lift the seniors like me is struggling and i stayed on fifth floor but staff will help for your luggage.
Many shops and restaurants and malls just in surrounding area. The staff's are very helpful and all are 😃 🙂.
I'll come back again in the future and i highly recommend 👌

LlinikitThrough Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a ”pocket wi-fi”. Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.
