The hotel room is more general, but the house is very comfortable facing the sea, the external environment is very beautiful and green, the pool is beautiful. The snorkeling spot has super fish. Overall it is a great place for Anilao vacation.

I have traveled around the world to quite a lot of resorts, l must admit that the service, friendliness and courtesy of this resort was second to none. They were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They welcomed us with complimentary drinks for the whole family and made sure we were all settling in safely. The Manager Sir Donald was a very hands on Manager and could not do more to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible while the rest of the staff did more for us than any other resort l have ever stayed at. Needless to say, l will return to stay at this resort again when l return to The Philippines. The facilities at this resort make sure that you are never bored wondering what to do. I totally recommend that everyone coming to this part of the world check it out, you certainly will not regret it.

To go to this kind of island, you must be mentally prepared for inconvenient transportation and inconvenience for shopping and eating, so I stayed there for three nights and ate in the hotel. The hotel’s things are acceptable. The next morning I went to the vegetable market with the hotel's purchases, and wanted to buy some lobsters. I didn't know that the seafood over there was expensive and there was nothing to choose from. I didn't have to worry about it for the next two days. I just wanted to eat whatever the hotel had. The hotel staff are very nice, nice and enthusiastic. They will try their best to satisfy you if you have any requirements. Although they are a hotel, they feel like a homestay and are responsive.

Hotel breakfast, there are eggs, milk, oatmeal or something. Overall is OK. Can accommodate an extra bed. The hotel is covered by the sea. There is no beach at the hotel. But the hotel has a great private beach. The location of the hotel is very remote and has a mysterious feeling. The parking lot has a little bit of location from the hotel

My dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). There are not many people living there, the scenery is good, the swimming pool is a bit dirty, there is no beach, it is full of rocks, it is suitable for quiet couples, there is nothing to play, you can only stay in the room, it is not very convenient to do other things.
