GGuest UserPremises …are quite new with two very nice and large pools facing the ocean plus a hot-tub for which you have to book. The resort looks as good as the photos so we were not disappointed. During our five nights we saw only very few people around the resort and the restaurant even though they were fully booked. They even have a game room with a pool table, PS4 and karaoke system. Food …is good with traditional Filipino dishes, especially the pork sinigang was very good (too fatty meat though). Would be nice with a few non-fast food Western options. Staff …were extremely service minded and made us feel very welcome. All spoke English fluently in addition to Tagalog. Wheat could have been better …not leaving a family with two small kids in 32 degrees at the port for 30 min even though we had made a clear agreement to be picked up …wifi in room 601 was horrible and I had to take a business meeting close to the restaurant …none of the pools had any shade whatsoever Overall we were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back (hopefully to better wifi 😀).
GGuest UserOur experience at AV Suites in Puerto Galera far exceeded our expectations. The spacious modern rooms and picture perfect property along with delicious food and speedy service made our stay exceptional. The tailored package tours allowed us to fully enjoy the destination with great value, thanks to the helpful and honest tour guide Elian and Roxanne. The biggest spotlight goes to Ryan and his outstanding team, Ryan were incredibly responsive and patient with all my demanding inquiries. Special thanks to Krizel, John, and another night shift lady for their exceptional care. The first morning until departure, Ryan dedicated his time to wait us for a warm welcome and great fruitful exchange as well as us his genuine farewell on behalf of his team upon our departure. We were really treated like we stayed in our home sweet home. We highly recommend staying here, more to discover on this amazing destination and therefore we shall return soonest possible.
DdconettaI had a 2 night stay at the seasons Hotel and it was a very nice stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We did have to request an extra blanket but aside from that there were no issues. The complimentary breakfast was a made to order breakfast and the food was good. The staff at the hotel were excellent. The services that provided really made any interaction enjoyable. I recommend using their airport shuttle. They were waiting for us when we arrived, the van was in great shape and had aircon. While we were arriving at the airport for our departure my girlfriend realized that she forgot a bag in our room. The driver went back to get the bag for her as we checked in. They really went above and beyond and that was appreciated.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and pleasant. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The black point of this room is the absence of windows and the small smell of mosquito. But the huge black point is the constant noise (48dB at soundmeter) of a tired air conditioner who regularly has dementia episodes where it takes a reaction plane with intense vibration periods (68dB) when we wonder if the device will not explode in full flight. But with a linge pin on the nose and balls Quies in the ears, it's OK for a night in the city waiting for the boat to leave the island
GGuest UserAvailed the Amami Beach Resort ₱6590 (4pax) all inclusive group promo. That’s 3D2N accommodation will full meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) package. They also have the couple package for only ₱3990. I first availed of this promotional voucher when pandemic started and they needed to make sure that the staff are still being paid despite the pandemic affecting all businesses. The resort also does feeding program for children in and around the area. Amami Beach Resort is located in Talipanan, Puerto Galera. About 20-25mins tryke ride from Balatero Port, usual charge of ₱200-250 or ₱50/pax. We took the RORO as we weren’t in a rush coming from Batangas Pier. JAM Liner charges ₱268 while ALPS ₱260. Monte***** RORO leaves the Batangas Pier at 8AM for ₱425 regular fare and travel is around 1hr 40mins. You have to be early as the queue is usually pretty long just about daily. Besides the waiting area in Batangas is actually nice, looking more like an airport departure area. You have to pay ₱30 terminal fee and environmental fee of ₱120/head in Puerto Galera upon arrival. Please do make sure to get your students bring their school ID to avail of discounts. Getting back to Batangas Pier from Balatero Port we did an advance booking via Kuya Agoy (+63997 074-3378). We paid an extra ₱50/head for the advance booking and he even delivered our tickets at the resort! It did save us time queuing and less hassle as we headed straight to the port entrance to pay for the terminal fee of ₱10/head then waiting area. Departure was 2PM from Balatero Port to Batangas. The resort has beach front accommodation as well as Greenhouses located by the main road, roughly 3mins walk to the beach and mess hall. Staff are amazing, food is fairly priced, everything is delicious (thanks mainly to Ate Briza 👏) and big portions too! Everything was great, staff food and location but the place needs quite a few fixes. Accommodation : we had an issue with the faulty door and door knob. Bathroom : clean and all but drain is a bit clogged as it takes awhile for the water to go down. Service Price List : not updated at all. I did speak to one of the managers (after contacting him via texts messages and call to which he dropped my call and never responded to my text messages) later in the afternoon. He was not apologetic for not getting back to me and didn’t really do much about my concern. A real let down after having dealt with the owner Fabio before. The staff did their best to be able to assist us but there is only so much they can do. Staff gets 15/10 stars ⭐️ while management gets zero ⭐️. È molto deludente. In all fairness to the manager Filippo, he is young and seemed patient listening to me, atleast. It is so sad because this place is amazing, the staff are simply wonderful and food is great! They used to be top of the list here in Trip Advisor and now due to neglect, there isn’t much despite their promotion which helps the place and staff big time.
ZZzzipppHotel is good for San Jose, rooms are clean, staff is very helpful. AC in rooms with window is very noisy (!!) so if you want to sleep well choose room without window (AC there is new)
