I recently stayed at **Conrad Manila**, and while the hotel has its strong points, there were also a few areas for improvement.
One of the best things about this hotel is its **prime location**—it is conveniently **connected to the Mall of Asia**, making shopping and dining easily accessible. Additionally, it is **close to Manila Bay**, providing scenic views and a relaxing atmosphere.
However, despite its reputation as a luxury hotel, the **facilities feel quite outdated**. Some areas, including the rooms, could use better maintenance or renovations to match the high expectations associated with the Conrad brand. While the overall stay was still comfortable, the hotel would benefit from an upgrade to enhance the guest experience.
Overall, the **location is a major plus**, but improvements in the **facilities and upkeep** would make a stay at Conrad Manila even more worthwhile.
Booked this hotel due to location and proximity to airport for convenience.
Nice facilities however the rooftop pool area is poorly maintained and lacks cushions on the outdoor furniture making it quite uncomfortable. this was really disappointing as this small improvement of cushions would make a huge difference to the guest experience and overall impression of the area. F & B service at the pool rooftop was also quite disappointing - staff demonstrating a real lack of interest in serving anyone and lack of care.
The hotel, rooms and experience all great - except at the rooftop.
Breakfast room super busy in the morning but food was ok and staff handled the chaos well.

There is a shopping mall called Mall Asia nearby, and there are Japanese restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and Shabu Shabu restaurants on the first floor, so the infrastructure is good. There are many convenience facilities on the first floor, such as a convenience store, massage shop, and beauty salon. There are many options, and the rooms are large and the ceiling is high, so it doesn't feel stuffy. It's good value for money.

Very satisfied here even if I booked this outside the country for my mum, my sis and my nephew but I can really say and have seen everytime I do vc to them that they're very comfortable with their stay. And the one who entertained was so kind, not sure if it was the owner of the care taker cause I wasn't the one who's there but they said the accommodate them so well. Would probably recommend this condotel to anyone who's looking for a place to stay😊

Location is really great, just walking distance from SM MoA. Staff is also very nice. My only two concerns are (1) there are small cockroaches and (2) very few electricity sockets where I can charge my gadgets. But other than that, place is great and affordable.
I seldom leave less than stellar reviews, however, this place had a moderate amount of roaches. That’s a little out of their control, but the amount of roach corpses in the cupboards, sills, even in the fridge is not. The room looked nothing like the picture, they painted and there’s splatter all over the chairs tables, furniture, I will not stay here again, regardless of price and location. I left a lot out, like the leaking ac unit she just put a trash can under and the fact that it uses actual keys, I thought key cards or smart locks were required to be available on trip. Nice view, but the fan outside is so loud! Stay across the street at Savoy and avoid this place.
The hotel is in a residential area, and the deluxe rooms are called deluxe. They have only one bed, one chair, and a small table. There are no sanitary products in the bathroom, and the public areas are piled with debris.

KKarlNice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .
AAnonymous UserCleanliness - you can request for room cleaning and the service is great! Doreen provided a prompt service.
Location - there are restaurants beside the resort in case you decided not to eat in the hotel. But convenience store is not walking distance. Close to SM MOA.
Service - There's room for improvement. The front desk is not located as soon as you enter the hotel but an empty concierge desk. FD is in front of the elevators so I guess consolidating them is better. The customer attendants should be far from their office barracks so they dont stay there when there are no guest. They need to be available when someone comes. They set the mood/first impression for new or old guests.
Amenities -
Parking is at the 4th floor ,a bit creepy looking as it seems they only acquired it from an old owner. But its okay it is FREE!
Pool area at the Penthouse is superb maybe because of the view. Although currently there's repair ongoing that blocks they natural bayview,I guess it will be great in the future.Still good for me though.
Restaurant- GF Food selection is good and they taste great! Value for money! They offer in-room service too!
Room- is great! Price is justified on how relaxing the room was set up.Bathroom size may differ depending on the room. Plus they have mood lights 😊
Overall- For first time guests here I'd say Im satisfied.

JJOSE GABRIEL ALLERAHotel is super convenient with its location but once inside my room, found the room not ”ready”. Remote controls for the TV and AC is not there so I had to call the front desk for same. AC also turns off by itself every 10mins, when I called for same and the technician opened the AC, found it was very dirty and I have to maintain 20deg Celsius and not below otherwise it will again give an error and turn off.

GGuest UserWas here for three nights. Proximity to the airport is great, but kinda in an inconvenient location to go around Manila. Grab is easily available but surge pricing can mean it's sometimes 300PHP to get to Makati.
Breakfast is quite decent, though some more options in cold-cuts (e.g. ham etc.) would be appreciated.
The room itself was not in good condition though. The window's rubber insulation was somewhat damaged, leading to noise leakage. The floorings especially in the bathrooms were quite stained and even coming apart in some places. I also encountered one cockroach in the bathroom, but it had vanished by the time housekeeping came. (Thankfully not into my suitcase - didn't see it again). Considering this a Holiday Inn, I think they can do much better.
Also check-in is super slow - there are like two lines of ~10 people around peak times, moving incredibly slowly. A lot of manual inputs etc. required making it very slow, and bogged down by people who seemed to be making bookings on the spot or something.
MMelany P.The service was great! The staff are so accommodating and nice. I don’t remember the names but they were so kind to me and my son especially when my son had a mild accident.
KkrungkrungLocation was the best part for this hotel
Near MOA, you can ride EDSA Bus Carousel and nearby mall and restaurants, staff were very helpful and friendly.
The only bad part is if you're not a smoker, you can smell smoke from hallway down to elevator, you can request for a non-smoker room but the smell of smoke still lingers.
I booked 1.7k per night so you get what you pay for, good for 1 night stay like for concerts or you have a late night flight but not for staycation. Water is limited per night of stay.

AAnonymous UserVery close to MOA/ conrad hotel. Accessible and basic hotel. Old rooms may need some improvements and renovations but the beds are very comfortable and aircon is cold. Basic inexpensive hotel with buffet breakfast that is okay also. Big beds if you have kids sleeping in.

KKrisha SabWe recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a fantastic experience. The highlight for us was the wonderful swimming pool, which my niece absolutely loved. It was the perfect place for her to have fun and enjoy the water.
We also celebrated my mom's birthday during our stay, and it turned out to be a memorable occasion. The room was spacious and fully equipped, including kitchen amenities, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable.
Overall, it was a great stay, and we left with wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

TTingoTransfer flight was temporarily changed, book a night to spend there, easy to find, right near the airport, two hundred dollars is considered that, 2-3 star hostel quality. Better than sleeping in the airport
The average price for hotels in Pasay is AED 203 on weekdays, and AED 207 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
