The scenery is very beautiful, a good place to take pictures, but it is very hot. This time, we lived in a two-bedroom villa. The sanitation conditions are worrying and need to be improved. It is very old and has not been updated. The service attitude of the waiters is good, and the food is very good Little, and not tasty, all in all, it is a place suitable for taking pictures, other hardware is not good, and the window is pasted with anti-light, it looks very simple, the room needs to be updated, it is already very dilapidated

Location 180 is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It is very minimalistic and has a nice cozy garden which allows for nice quiet mornings. It's a basic room with a private toilet and bath and it is kept very clean. Our host, Jeff, was very accommodating and friendly and was very easy to deal with. I'd say its good value for money.

The place is very clean and homey. Plated breakfast being served tastes good and had enough serving. Staffs are very helpful, and works with integrity, especially when I left my ring in the room during check out.
No fridge, television, and hair dryer. But there are electric kettle, mugs, glasses, bath towels, and toiletries provided. They also got strong WIFI connection.
This is not a typical hotel set up where you could expect that someone would assist you at anytime. So manage your expectation especially when coming back late from outside, as you need to use the door bell for the caretaker to open the main gate for you. Not an issue for us at all since the caretaker is attentive enough to assist. There is a limited parking space inside the yard but I think there are available space nearby for rent.
The only improvement to ask would be to install thicker curtains for better privacy and a more relaxed experience as it can block lighting and noise from the outside.
I would definitely go back to this place. Thank you!

Beachfront property with great pools and beachfront restaurant for great sunset cocktails. However the property is showing many signs of aging. In my opinion, an uplifting renovation is needed. The staff are all very attentive and requests are responded promptly. I had to request another room the next morning as the moldy smell of the ac is making me sneeze all night. Within the hour I was relocated to another room with an ocean view and overlooking the pools. Our request for a βtaboβ was granted asap and I think that made our stay on the positive side. Little cons for improvement: face towel torn with holes, no smart tv with netflix, bad tv location in room, dirty smelly canal beside Coast restaurant, letting guests use pool with their street clothes on, hawkers on the beach, access road to the property is too narrow, hallways unlit, elevators not cleaned often, only 4 hangers, no microwave, outside food not allowed, tap water not potable and only 1 drinking water station each floor, no hand held shower head and a room safety deposit box that took 3 staff to get it operational.

AAnonymous UserIt is in a very good location near the famous 7/11 in San Juan and all the other famous landmark in La Union , however the owner of the building at the time of the check-in date have informed us that they were supposed to be under construction making us be relocated to another room. Nonetheless, everything was good and up to standard.

HHania SaudagarNo electricity and water on first night and this are the only hotel that doesn't have generator. Still, clean and good hotel. The only problem is the electricity and water for the first night we stayed there.
