This is a very nice hotel with very courteous, friendly, and professional staff. We ate at the hotel several times. The food is good. The prices are reasonable. The breakfast is buffet on weekends and Filipino/American selection on weekdays. We left a few days early because it was rainy (not the hotel's problem, obviously) though we did go on a driving tour and a boat trip around the lake, which was a little expensive but enjoyable.

It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. Thank you, Trip and Anya Resort.

Second time to stay because my son likes this place so much. Infinity pool overlooks Taal volcano, though not heated which can be a challenge since it ia generally cold in Ta***tay. Staff service is excellent. Lobby is spacious and rooms are accessible via elevator. Check in/out are reasonably fast. Room is reasonably proportioned but my one complaint is the very poor lighting inside that you cannot even see yourself properly in the mirror. They also skimp a bit on toiletries. Shampoos/shower gels are placed in containers which can be easily accessed so if previous guests are unkempt its contents may be questionable. No in-room dining but hotel is close to many restaurants and there is Grab food/Food panda available at night so this was fine.

This is an overrated hotel. It is too old and under maintained. The breakfast is not so nice and they do not replenish the breakfast at the extension area after 9am considering that the breakfast is up until 10:30 am and they have placed a lot of guest in the extension area due to full capacity of the restaurant where the buffet should be. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the size of the room. The hotel was right beside Sky ranch and has a lot of places to eat nearby. The room, Deluxe Twin, can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child.

The type of room was so-called grapping in a tent. You can also have a campfire in front of you. We had a good time with a massage in the green canopy and a demonstration of the hotel-provided yoga Qigong organic juice. The food in the restaurant is also perfect. I don't mean there is a lot of breakfast. It is a menu where the creator's thoughts are transmitted and the heart is filled. Handmade apple jam was awesome. I want to revisit just for the restaurant. The air flowing throughout the hotel is amazing and we will definitely return here again.

Booked a room on the third floor, it was a bit hard to go up, the room pillars were a bit too much, the height was a bit short, the tall people were easy to hit their heads, the health was quite clean, the big terrace was very good, it was also booked for the terrace, a little disappointing It was a few days to rain every day, and the experience was a bit discounted. Itโ€™s cold, oh yes, I went to New Yearโ€™s Eve with my friends, I didnโ€™t book a room on New Yearโ€™s Day ๐Ÿ˜‚

The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of activities Although there were a few minor areas that could be improved, such as the Wi-Fi connectivity in the room of the hotel, it did not significantly impact my overall experience.

This is a great place for people looking for a place to stay on a mid-range budget. Location The hotel belongs with other establishments in the center. It's a 5 to 10-minute walk from the rotonda. It's surrounded by restaurants and convinience stores in case you need anything which the hotel can't provide. Amenities This passes as a botique hotel. It has 4 floors and offers 30 rooms. The down side is, parking is not enough. The parking at the basement can only hold 15 at most and the parking in front of the hotel can hold only 8. The hotel also has a restaurant, and parking for the restaurant and hotel is shared. The hotel has no room service for food. The room i checked in, king size lake view has a veranda. However, the veranda is not dedicated to our room. It is shared between 3 other rooms within the same floor. Our room could also use better storage space. There was only 1 cabinet which held the tv and functioned as our cabinet. There could have been another one specifically to put down our luggage for easy access instead of putting them all in the cabinet. The hotel also does not have laundry services, or at least they dont publish it. Pandemic pointers Unlike other hotels which detail their sanitation procedures, this hotel doesn't. However, they provided facemasks and a bottle of alcohol for us. Goodnight sleep The bed was comfortable. The airconditioning is great. The room was relatively quiet although i heard a couple of guests go in and out of their rooms because the door was slammed hard. Acoustics could be improved. Price and overall stay For the price we got the room for, our experience was great. This can't be compared to how your experience is with 5 star hotels because there's a lot of difference. However, you can expect the staff to be friendly and attentive. You can expect a great panoramic view in some of the rooms. You can expect the location to be accessible. Finally, you can expect your money's worth for a comfortable mid range tagaytay vacation experience.

Outstanding
GGboy MunsayacOverall experience was great and meaningful. First, the staff were all accommodating. From the reception down to the room service attendants, everyone always greeted you with a smile and you can feel the positive disposition. The room was kept very orderly and my special request was granted. They did come up with a nicely done birthday themed decoration for my partner and kid. The complimentary cupcake with greeting was a really nice gesture. This hotel had a huge area that featured facilities to cater to different interests. I like the thought of visiting and feeding the animals at the Farm and the outdoor playground provided a good spot for my little daughter to run around and explore nature. There was an indoor playground too, which was very useful because it also rained the next day and we couldn't afford to expose my kid to the weather. There were 2 pool areas, and I like the thought of the kiddie pools with heaters, since the cold breeze was giving us the shivers. My little one was able to enjoy the dip in the water (also props to the staff who helped inflate the pool toy :)) The buffet breakfast didn't have that many selections, however, the quality of the food was superb. I like their Filipino breakfast lineup of chicken adobo, tocino, danggit and fried rice. The salad bar was also pretty decent with their selections of garnish and dressing. In other words, I wouldn't mind a second visit. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe reserved last year of June 2023 here to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Supposedly to renew our vows in Tagaytay. But the Church and reception did not reply. Only this hotel replied and i adjusted my reservation because we wont be able to continue our renewal. We would like to consume the downpayment made in this hotel. Last year, no second thoughts i wanted here to have my prenup. The place is so beautiful and romantic. The staff are accommodating. We where upgraded to a Premier Rooom with balcony. The stay has plated breakfast you should try the longanisa. They have a small cute chapel we had pur short prayer to thank the Lord in having our 10th Year Wedding Anniversary. All in all this hotel is so memorable to us.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

Rrenzie22โœ… we went there via commute, the place is accessible and easy to find. โœ… staff are friendly and attentive โœ… hair dryer by request โœ… we tried the other resto, bella ciao, a bit pricey but at least their food was decent. โŽ very small room. feels like im staying at a motel. i requested for a room with balcony. the balcony was very small and has a view of i dont know how to describe it. โŽ the hotel resto, organico gourmet, is meh . we ate there upon checking in, my bbq tasted ok and tender. but on the other order, meat was very hard. there are items on the menu that were not available. the coffee is just sad. oh God why!? โŽ a father and son was stucked at the elevator when there was a power outage. they have a generator but i didnt feel the sense of urgency to help them get out of the elevator asap. i felt sorry for them esp for the toddler as he seemed traumatized by what happened and he kept on crying โŽ pool was small and not heated (considering it's location) but it was ok. until it got very crowded because it is shared with the tenants from the residential area (some rented it out as guests). i hope you do something about it. may be have a different pool exclusive for hotel guests only. shower area was far from the pool, doesn't have any written directions as to where it was. so some just went straight into the pool without showering first. it was also very slippery, so i suggest you put something on the floor to prevent accidents. the area behind the glass of the pool was very dirty . not enough resting area or tables and chairs where we can put our things. โŽ since there was no towel exclusive for pool use, we had to bring our towel from our room. i called front desk to ask for a new towel since the other one was soaked already because we used it to dry ourselves from the pool. they are charging 50pesos for an extra towel. i mean really? overall, it was a bit expensive hotel but the experience didn't match the price. sorry but i will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone.

GGuest Userused to be called the bali village hotel, the new name is more apt and trendy. we stayed here for 5D/4N for a workshop conducted by our agency. we were billeted in rooms situated in north and south wings. ours was in south wing with defective electronic lock and so we were provided with a key to manually open it. our room smells nice, well lit, speedy internet connectivity, good bathroom amenities but lacks hooks inside to hang our towel & clothes. food was adequate and tastes alright. enough to actually bust our hunger and thirst. no hot tea, though. only coffee was the hot beverage available. parking was ample and the rich vegetation served as natural fence that protects trespassers from reaching in. swimming pool was not enticing enough to make us swim. nice ambiance, though.

TTeam BanezJust checked out from a stay at the One Ta***tay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict. Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch โ€“ always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment. On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They werenโ€™t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression. Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate. In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience. Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.

AArdin SusanaTagaytay has always been a popular destination for a quick getaway, offering breathtaking views of Taal Volcano and a refreshing escape from the city heat. Recently, I had the opportunity to experience a staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo, and I'm happy to share my thoughts. The Accommodation: I stayed at the Wind Residences, a towering high-rise condo with a cozy and classy lobby. The staff and security guards were polite, and the elevators worked smoothly. The unit itself was basic but comfortable, with a wooden wall separating the living room from the bedroom. It had a TV, Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa set, a refrigerator, chairs and tables, and a double-decker bed. While the air conditioning wasn't centralized, the natural cool air of Tagaytay was sufficient. The bathroom had a hot and cold shower. Amenities and Facilities: The Wind Residences has a fantastic clubhouse with three swimming pools, two outdoor and one indoor. While there's a fee of โ‚ฑ150 per person for using the pool, it's worth it for the experience. The clubhouse also has a gym, function rooms, billiard tables, darts, basketball, badminton and lawn tennis courts, and a kiddie playground. The jogging path is huge, and there's a vacant lot in the middle where guests can fly drones. There are also a few shops on the first floor of the buildings, including Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Ace Hardware, BDO, and a 7/11. What I Loved: - The scenic garden and open field - The clubhouse and other amenities - The location - The security Areas for Improvement: - The parking is expensive. - The Wi-Fi is limited. - The sky deck is unfinished. - The restrooms are unfinished. - A heated pool or small jacuzzi would be a great addition. Overall: My staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo was hassle-free and enjoyable. The host was responsive, and the accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and affordable staycation in Tagaytay.
