Best Zamboanga Hotels

When we checked in, we found a plastic bag with Lanzones fruit peels in the shoe rack. Despite staying in the Executive Suites, there was no drinking water or toothpaste provided. We had to call reception to request them. On the other hand, the staff were very hospitable and attentive to our requests. I hope next time they will prepare the room and clean it properly!

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. The room are nice and clean specially the ambiance is relaxing. The staff are friendly.

Our stay in Two Seasons Executive Suite is good experience. Though there are some concerns in their facilities such as no available tables and chairs. Imagine, how did we ate our food? Anyway, I would like to suggest that next time they should add up some furniture, table and chairs. Regarding with the service, it's quite good but upon checking in - I think there's a problem occurred which I clearly booked online 3 days and 2 nights, yet they ask if are we going to extend our stay. Meaning, in checking-in they only charge us for 1 night. So, improve the management skills for easy transaction. FOOD? I am not sure if they have offer food, but in our stay we didn't avail.

I enjoyed staying here, their staff is very welcoming ❤️🥰 Location is good, near Sm, you will find many food stall and restaurants. So many choices! I’m happy that I chose ur good establishment, Keep up the good work guys! Surely we’ll be back again soon.

The service is nice. Great hotel To stay. For improvement : the towels looks dirty white. For sanitation purposes. But over all the hotel is good place to stay.

The hotel was nice. I remember staying in the hotel decades ago when I was a child, so it was nostalgic. The hotel is relaxing and nice. The rooms (we stayed in the new building) we clean, nice and modern. The TVs were a bit basic though. The restaurant has very long wait times but the food was really tasty. Unfortunately we actually saw a massive rat run past us in the restaurant. It weirdly didn't bother us too much though. I'd still recommend staying at the hotel. It's conveniently close to the city and the airport. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

The location is perfect, it's near everything Malls, restaurants, bank etc. I just hope that they will mop the floor. The room is spacious and my family of 5 was comfortable. They gave us free water and toiletries. The free buffet breakfast was ok but it can be improved and serve more hot meals.

Bathroom smelt very bad, we know why as it's mouldy on the walls and under the shower tiles black comes up from where the water goes under the bathroom is actually quite dirty a bit of bleach or a strong mould remover would work wonders.. Towel rail just hanging on wall. Nothing to place your things in the bathroom and only a small desk so if you have to keep things in your suitcase as there is no room. Room service had to put the plates of food on the bed yes on the bed as the desk is very small and there is nothing else to use. The staff are very polite and this is what is keeping this hotel going as for us it wouldn't be the rooms. Maintenance would help if you actually repair stuff in the room. The phone system was down so had to keep leaving the room to ask questions about things, number given we couldn't get through to the mobile number.. Being fathers day we had to stay in Zamboanga for 2 days for business and had no choice to stay for the 2 nights otherwise I would have left that night. The second night we had no water coming out the tap not happy. The hot water system has the bathroom light wired in as well and when you are showering the light flickers like a disco. Seems quite dangerous. Overall the bathroom has let the room down and even the dust on top of things, I'm tall so I see it all. I can actually let the room pass but definitely not the stinky bathroom and the health hazard mould.
