Best hotel mattress ever! Nice, pleasant hotel, well presented rooms and helpful staff. However I wanted to dedicate this feedback to our waitress, Agnieszka. She is a star! She is very customer oriented, polite, and must be an active listener as she remembered every detail. Moreover, she was so proactive and aware of the situation at the table. As I am after surgery she gave us space and time to eat the meal slowly without this uncomfortable constant checking of our table. She demonstrated emphaty by listening to my story and by caring. During our time at the restaurant she builded trust and clearly, she made us feel very welcome. She is a top star! ⭐️ Agnieszka, please, if you ever want to work in Customer Care in Malta, let me know. I will welcome you with open arms. Thank you for making our evening brighter!

Absolutely lovely room, we booked this hotel as our flight home was 6am. We arrived around 4.30pm for check in no que everything was straight forward as we prepared. Staff were lovely communication was fantastic (spoke English to me although my husband can speak Polish) explained restaurant times and asked if we would like to add breakfast however we declined with us leaving at 4am. Room was all set up ready they pulled out the sofa bed much to our little girls delight, bathroom was fabulous perfect after a long drive, we didn't hear any noise considering we stayed so close to the airport also the room was super dark with the blackout curtains again perfect to try our little one in to an early night. Will look forward to staying here for our annual trip to Slovakia to see family.

Hotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

Hotel lovely and clean, the rooms are basic but cleaned well every day, coffee and tea and bottled water in your room every day, our children stay in the room next door, i paid for a 3 bedroom but it only had a sofa bed in that was a bit small. Breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from. bar staff friendly and help full reception very helpful the hotel is about 3 miles from the main town and we got a taxi that was about £4.00 each way but more in busier times!

The location is not good. new. health. There are two Q hotels, the location in the city is very good and new. On the first day, I lived in the city of Q pulls, and then set another day online. I didn't see the wrong decision.

A good hotel on the outskirts of Krakow. 10 minutes walk to the train station, 7 minutes to the airport. The room was water, tea, tea and coffee. Nearby, across the road - McDonalds.

I don't know what the five-star standard is, but it feels like sleeping in a grandmother's house in a rural Polish country. The location is about 6 kilometers away from the Old Town, and the breakfast is delicious. It is definitely a different experience from the modern style you usually stay in, so it is recommended at least once.
