Best Niepolomice Hotels

Hotel quite new, therefore quality very good. All clean and ordened. Breakfast ok, touching something glittering and bacon is not enjoyable to it, the rest super. The nightmap is very varied, Polish meals and burgers. All very delicious. One point of decline - staff is not very friendly and not very attentive.

Hotel was nice, friendly reception staff who were helpful. Outside of city centre had to get tram 4, which on initial arrival was very difficult to locate. Luckily a lovely polish man took us to the tram stop, god bless him. Trams very cheap indeed. Went on 2 tours - Auschwitz & Salt mines, downside being had to get a taxi to a pick up hotel closer to the city centre. But cost approx £6. Both tours were well worth it. Breakfast in hotel was good. No water available in rooms just coffee. Found the bathroom was very hot powerful shower but room slightly cold. Turned up thermostat but didn’t seem to get any warmer. Slept well, little noise. Lift available.

This hotel is very inviting, warm and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The food in the restaurant is delicious also, however, the courses arrived at our table at different times. We were a party of four and two of us had our starters arrive at the same as the others had their main course which means two people were left eating their main course afterwards. The main courses should have arrived at the same time, so ok not sure why this happened. I do hope the restaurant sees this reviews and corrects this issue and it ruins the diner's experience.

We stepped inside for a lunch, attracted by location and pleasant decor. The service from young unexperienced waitress was pretty poor, but polite. What was shocking however was that 3 members of staff including who should be a manager, had wine/sommelier training just next to us, while whole restaurant floor was empty. It was not just rude but extremely unprofessional and intimidating for customers . We informed the waitress about gluten allergy and asked about this ingredient in the beetroot and goat cheese salad. She served it later with cheese served on piece of white toast! Shocking. You guys could actually kill somebody this way. Better than training her about wines, teach her about food allergies. We asked about mixed selection of pierogies and heard back from chef( highly recommended by the entrance sign) that having two types of pierogi on one plate is impossible. Request like that in cheep train station bar can be accommodated. The food was good and presented nicely except of the old plastic tasted walnuts in the salad but no one could her our feedback becouse no one asked. Worth to remind that manager was sitting just next to us and heard our comments but no attention given. Shame, as the location it’s beautiful and could accommodate restaurant where staff and chef having some pride about the job. The “bottle water”, which brand was unknown was served warm and no ice. All 5 of us tasted just tap unfiltered water. I hope that this feedback can somehow help in improving the standards of the place.

We arrived at the salt mines early and decided to have lunch - the bistro on site was full and served burgers chips and some pasta. We were even directed to a restaurant as part of the hotel just opposite .. Family of four : Mushroom and truffle soup Vegetarian pasta Slow cooked beef with potatoes Pork chop Well !! The food was excellent !!!! Best food we’ve had here actually !!! Presentation was top class .. food hot and very well cooked !!! Def and highly recommend All good with large beer for two and two soft drinks cost around £30 which included tip !! Walter was friendly professional with great English and general customer Service

Marvelous, gorgeous hotel and property! The staff is incredible, helpful, kind, and joyful! The restaurant and pub, both on the property, are delicious! The staff at both were kind, helpful and phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! There is also a metro/tram stop (Weilizcka Park) beside the hotel (a 5 minute walk), which made it easy to travel to/from Krakow without a car. There is also a wonderful grocery store, Market Point near the hotel as well. You will LOVE staying here—calm and peaceful area.
