Large establishment quite out of the way. The rooms are modest but the bedding is very good. Some rooms have mountain views. A viewpoint is open on the roof of the hotel so that everyone can enjoy the splendid panorama. The positive points of this establishment are undoubtedly: the wellness center is included in the price of the room. It consists of three saunas, 1 hammam, a large indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi and an amber wall. The very generous breakfast buffet. For €50 per night we were able to take full advantage of these excellent services. The points to review are the welcome at the reception, haughty and unpleasant staff unlike the very smiling young waitresses, providing bath towels in the wellness center and extending the time of the evening meal served between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Otherwise excellent value for money. We had a great time

This is my second stay in this hotel . 4 years ago we were with the family for the first time . The second time we didn't fail . The rooms are large, equipped with everything that should be (may be a refrigerator but no), clean. The pool is large (water could be a little warmer), The hotel itself is pleasant, nice, with wonderful views . Food Mega!!!! Pycho. For a week there was nothing, absolutely nothing that would taste. Cake REVELLATION!!! Please believe me, I love hotel climates . With the work I have done (many business trips) I have been to many different facilities of 3*,4*,5* and I am very happy to say that the Hotel Tatra deserves a proper 4*.

Customers need to be aware that the owner is not contactable in the event that something goes wrong. It states on the reservation that you need to arrive before 830 p.m. or give 24 hours notice if you intend to arrive later. In our case, a last minute delay occurred and we arrived at 9p.m. We had not received any messages with a code to get into the apartment, and we were left with nowhere to go, having to scramble to find alternative accommodation late at night, with 2 children in tow,on foot as we didn't rent a car. This was stressful, and unfortunately the only place open at that time of night was an expensive resort, we had to pay for this, on top of the accommodation we had already booked and paid for at Tatra Square apartments. The subsequent days resulted in much communication with the owner and the third party booking system we used. The owner was adamant that it wasn't their fault, and did not want to refund our money. Furthermore, it should be noted that on weekdays, there is a considerable amount of construction going on on the site adjacent to Tatra Square apartments. This appears to be a big project that will go on for some time in the foreseeable future, and much dust and noise is generated from the early hours. The location itself is good, there is a little shop nearby and the main road has buses running along it that will get you to many surrounding areas and points of interest.

I visited Hotel Nosalowy Park for my Birthday Weekend! It was one of the best experience. We got an upgrate for a view room. The staff was very nice and super helpful. Breakfast very good, all with local food. An amazing A'la Carte restaurant with good feeling dinner and lunches and best drinks and coctails. I got a Birthday Baloons delivered to the room and well decorated. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel offered everything we needed - nice room, great location (a 5 minute walk to train station one way and into town the other) and great buffet breakfast. Staff were always helpful and friendly and our room was cleaned every day. What really stood out about this hotel though was the restaurant. The quality of the food was absolutely superb and far better than a lot of the standard tourist menu offerings in Zakopane. I would stay here (and eat here) were I to return to Zakopane.

My 4-people family spent a week there. The apartment is located in the center of Zakopane. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very good place to stay for reasonable price. Free parking, supermarket ”Biedronka” and all attractions within a short distance. Friendly and professional staff. I can recommend this place without any doubt.

GGuest UserStayed here for 4 nights. Didn't get off to a good start. Lady with blonde hair checking us in was so rude that we were taken aback. Needs customer service training or a new job. But things improved after this. Other reception staff were lovely. I had hurt my back and asked one of the staff to ring a physio I had found online. I don't speak Polish. Lady had someone she suggested and he came to the hotel. He was brilliant and a greatly helped my back. Great recommendation from hotel receptionist. Rooms were quite big. Nothing flash, but spotless and for the money great value. Note no fridge in rooms. We were there in winter so just left our milk outside on the window sill. Breakfast was okay. Not alot of hot food. Took ages to get a omelette. A toaster would be a great addition for your international visitors who aren't use to just bread for breakfast. Location was just perfect. Right on K Street. I would definately stay here again if ever back in Zakapone.

Modern hotel with a very good location and food. The city center was very close by. Car. At the reception there was a bar where we could have a drink before chec-in. After a long day, wellness was a great rest. The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms. We definitely recommend.

EEBRAHIM KDuring the night, the air conditioning in my room was insufficient, making it very difficult to sleep due to the heat. When I informed the reception about this issue, I was told that this is the hotel's policy, which was not mentioned on your website. This lack of cooling during the night significantly affected my comfort and overall experience at your hotel. I believe it is important for such policies to be clearly communicated to guests prior to their booking to avoid any inconvenience.

Where do you start. We found this hotel through one of the major booking sites. Location, great, rating according to the booking site fabulous 8.7 out of 10. £110 per night. What couldn’t be right with this place. We stayed in room 405 1 ) Reception staff appalling. They couldn’t care less about your issues. 2) Aircon isn’t working. It was over 30 degrees outside. In July. We asked and all we got was “it’s not working.” No apology. 3) Lift was unreliable. Would the doors close or just keep reopening? It was a lottery 4) Checkout time at 6:15 am as we had a 7am train. Lift was out of action. Turns out they power it off at night. Reception couldn’t care less. 5 Rooms need a total refurb. Carpet bleached from sunlight and had a burn in it. Exposed wire in the bathroom, fridge unplugged when we arrived, which isn’t ideal when you have some food and drinks to keep cool. Kettle leaking on to the base. Tbf the handy man got us a new kettle. 6) breakfast was limited to say the least. Luckily we aren’t fussy eaters but there was no variation across the 4 days. The building outside looks beautiful. You go to sit on the decking and it’s rotten. Bowed and sticking up. Plus side. Location View from the balcony. The staff were spoken to by us in both Polish and English, so it was a case of misunderstanding. This place needs a top to bottom overhaul including the staff. I wouldn’t be surprised if the aircon was off because of costs rather than being broken. This place looks like it’s run out of cash. I hope the owners of this hotel reply, as I can’t wait to hear their response. There’s loads of similar priced accommodation in the area. Go there instead!!! Be warned.

GGuest UserJust a 2+ star hotel... Hotel is centrally located (300 mts from the main pedestrian street) in a busy but quite silent street/road. Very small and not appealing reception. The hotel has a small but pleasant garden sorrounding part of it. The decor of the hotel and rooms is old-fashioned. Our room (#226) was spacious with a small living room and had a little varanda, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The whole hotel is a non smoking premises though. To all rooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor the acess is by stairs only, not very convenient if you're carrying lugagges or have health problems...or both. No room service available. In general quite nice staff, speaking reasonable english and willing to solve problems (e.g. our room safe got blocked and was quickly unblocked by the receptionist). Average acceptable quality breakfast, in quite a cosy area though. Old fashioned, but nice relaxing and clean spa area with a small sauna, jacuzzi and a (aprox. 10 X 5 meters size) indoor swimming pool. No outdoor acess from there, just a couple of narrow windows. It opens from 4 to 10 p.m. No slippers or bathrobes are provided, only towels. There are lockers for storage at the Spa area entrance. In our check-out date (23.06.2024) the only credit card machine available was out-of-order, so I had to go to and ATM to draw money on purpose. Outdoor hotel car park is paid (30 zlt per day). 🔹Conclusion: Not really cheap for what it offers, but it is in a touristic central zone...maybe there are better alternatives!

Health issues: I ended up getting scabies. Heating: Did not work all day around. However, it was okay since it was not cold inside. Rooms: Nice rooms. The mattreses are very hard, especially for lighter people. For heavier it was okay. One of the beds were not a bed. It was a sleeping couch. No topmattreses. My back hurt one week after coming home. Outside: There was ice on the entry way and stairs up. We fell multiple times. Toilet: we were lucky that we were 5 people. That way we didn’t have to share with strangers. However, the other residents stole our toilet paper. Cleanliness: The stairs were ALWAYS dirty. Toilet was dirty when we came. Other than that, it was okay.

Surrounded by the forest. Local old parish 5 min walk andb10 min walk to Zakopane main district Very clean and warm rooms despite of the building being very old style. Highly recommend It Was my second stay there.
