I decided to try the restaurant and had stake that was recommended to have rare so I ordered it rare; rustic potatoes in herbs and salad; what I got was meat that was medium cooked and tough, boiled potatoes with no herbs and carrots that where mushy as if they had gone off before cooking instead of salad see photo. This seemed to have been a good hotel at one time as there are remnants of what it has been but seems to have hit hard times.
