This was a great hotel, probably designed more for large groups and conferences. But with that being said, it was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful.

My family and I stayed at rhis hotel in February. The staff were all very kind, had good choice of breakfast items, could relax in the evening at the bar, with comfortable armchairs and settees.
Great environment.
Easy to reach from the Shrine in Fatima
Large and clean rooms
Conveniently located. My mum is an elderly woman of 85 years old and it was easy for her to walk about.

GGuest UserI chose Fatima as a stopover on the way from Porto to Sintra, and the location was great as it was in front of the Fatima Cathedral.
In addition, the facilities were newly built and very clean, so it was the most satisfying stay among all the accommodations in Portugal.

GGuest UserThis hotel was lovely. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Everything was super clean. They have a chapel for meditation, it is a Catholic hotel. Gift shop included in the hotel, also very easy access to high quality candles for the candle procession at the shrine (1€ each). Loads of parking available.
Small downside was the sub-optimal breakfast selection, at least in comparison to other hotels of the same trip. I still ate plenty.

Aconteceu algo desagradável, que no quarto ao lado de madrugada chegou um hospede embriagado, que estava hospedado no quarto imediatamente ao lado e querendo entrar no seu próprio quarto bateu com toda a força que tinha na porta, acordando todos os hospedes à sua volta de sobressalto e falando alto durante cerca de 2h. Isto fez com que entre as 3h e as 5h da manhã fosse completamente impossível dormir, acabando por estragar toda a restante noite de descanso. Quem estava na receção tentou ajudar, perante as chamadas a solicitar ajuda, no entanto, não resolveu nem evitou o sucedido...ofereceram um café como compensação, depois de termos acabado de tomar o pequeno almoço e que tínhamos pago para tal! Percebo que para o hotel não é fácil evitar estas situações, no entanto deviam ter-se mostrado mais compreensivos para com quem ficou sem dormir, por motivos completamente alheios!

김김The location is right next to the Fatima Cathedral, so after opening the door each time the staff and the staff enter, it is easy to return. The parking lot is right in front of the front door, so it is very convenient to carry luggage and the facilities are also very good.

GGuest UserIt was a great surprise to get to this hotel.
The first surprise was the hotel's entrance with good aesthetics and attention.
The second surprise was the room, which, despite having a classic and simple decoration, is a very large room as well as private bathroom and terrace.
The breakfast is quite acceptable even though I missed more fruit.
By putting a stick, it was that the bathroom swab did not work so I was complicated to swab the hair plate along with a mirror.
