Fantastic couple of nights spent here with the family. Can't fault any part of the stay. See less check in (were greeted in the car park to help with our case), room was large and immaculate, and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Farm itself was fun to explore with our daughter, loved going to see the animals and dogs as we wandered past all the vines. The 2 cats inside were so friendly, and whilst they would try sneak in the restaurant they were always promptly chased out! The photos really don't do this place justice. Food and drink was top notch. Breakfast was a great way to start any day- so much food, but all so fresh so wanted to eat it all. Had lunch once which was equally tasty; just went for the bread and cheeses to accompany a few glasses of wines. Dinner both nights were full 3 courses, and I think that for the 2 of us with plenty of wine was in the ball park of €90 per night- amazing value for all that we had. Best part of it all though we're the staff. As said above all were friendly and helpful, but for us we saw Pedro and Vanessa the most so big thanks to them for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable- couldn't have done more for us if they tried. So we can't recommend a visit here enough, well worth making a trip. 5*

The city is beautiful The hotel really needs to modernize some decor details The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, similar to the Eurosol hotel in Seia It's a shame the restaurant is closed It was very difficult to find a restaurant for dinner on a Friday night in August in Gouveia We ended up eating pizza. But if I return to Seia I will certainly choose this hotel as it has a covered park which is ideal for motorbikes

O hotel fica localizado num espaço sossegado perfeito para quem quer ter um momento relaxante e tranquilo. É pequeno mas foi isso que o tornou ainda mais acolhedor. O quarto era espaçoso e estava equipado com tudo o que era preciso, A/C, wi-fi, tv. O staff é atencioso e simpático. O restaurante do hotel também serviu óptima comida. De entrada comemos um folhado de queijo com rúcula, compota doce e frutos secos, de prato principal escolhemos 1 risotto de alheira e boletos e secretos de porco com legumes salteados e batatas fritas, de sobremesa foi apenas um leite creme pois já não conseguíamos comer mais. Ficamos muito satisfeitos de termos escolhido o restaurante do hotel para jantar. O pequeno-almoço foi servido no mesmo local do jantar. Tinha várias compotas caseiras para colocar no pão, croissants e afins. Tinha também frutas, queijos, fiambre, entre outros para usufruir. Tinha também disponível ovos mexidos com bacon feitos na hora. A zona de spa tinha cacifos para guardar os pertences. É necessário passar na recepção para marcar hora e levantar o robe. E para utilizar a piscina é obrigatório o uso de touca. O espaço para além de ter piscina aquecida tem também sauna e banho turno. Tem 2 chuveiros, um em cabine que até música dá para colocar. Voltaremos de certeza!

A localização é excelente com uma vista incrível sobre a Serra da Estrela. Quartos e zonas comuns são altamente confortáveis. A zona de SPA é fantástica, com piscina, sauna , banho turco e duche Vichy. Todo o hotel é ideal para crianças mas também para um retiro romântico ou apenas para descanso. Sobre o Restaurante, é incrível! …serviço e comida excepcionais. Comida regional mas não só! Com tudo isto, ainda somos recebidos por um Staff muito próximo e amável que nos fez sentir verdadeiramente em casa. Recomendo muito!!
