Hotel is located close to the walking street and not too far from the beach. Island style vibe with the palm trees and wooden structures outside. The room was ok, very simple. No toiletries in the bathroom and mosquitoes are everywhere. We had 2 small cockroaches in the room, I guess from the heat/humidity. Not ideal :/ There is AC in the room.
Bed wasn't bad, the pillow was uncomfortable- big and puffy. Other than that, I think the highlight here is the MOJO restaurant that is on the premises. The breakfast was great- healthy, western options available that are filling. The banana cake is soft, delicious and homemade - try it! Overall not a bad stay. Thank you!
I think this is the best hotel on Koh Lipe. It is excellent. Namely the hotel, I will tell about the beach separately. The houses are simply gorgeous, huge with designer interior. Inside there is everything you need, as well as: umbrellas, disposable toiletries, sun hats, slippers, coffee machine and so on. I recommend that you immediately study the application on your phone from the hotel. Through it you can order a transfer to the hotel and the main street, as well as make an order for laundry and any other needs. The local restaurant is very good. The food, although expensive, is delicious. Pleasant atmosphere without crowds of people. Live music plays in the evenings. Life hack: if you get from Pak Bar, then choose the boat company taweesub speedboat. Because they sail a direct flight for 1 hour 20 minutes and arrive 70 meters from the hotel. Beach: good, few people. They clean. Nearby there is a place where people run to the sunset in the evenings. Even at maximum low tide, swimming is great. And the ebb itself is not noticeable.
Nestled amidst lush, jungle-like foliage, the hotel grounds are an oasis of tranquility, offering a sense of seclusion and serenity. The meticulously maintained landscaping adds to the allure, creating a picturesque retreat.
Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond, exuding warmth and genuine hospitality with their ever-present smiles. Their eagerness to assist enhanced the overall experience, making every interaction a delight.
Opting for a garden villa, I found myself treated to a spectacular vista from the balcony, perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the private beach. While the room's decor may have retained a touch of nostalgia from the 90s, the breathtaking view more than compensated for any lack of modernity.
One unique aspect of the accommodation was the outdoor bathroom, which, although unconventional, added to the rustic charm of the villa. However, it's worth noting that the tropical climate might not suit everyone, particularly those wary of encountering local critters.
Regrettably, the beds proved to be a minor discomfort, reminiscent of traditional Asian sleeping arrangements with their firm wooden plank mattress and concrete-like pillows. For some, this may pose a challenge to achieving a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, unfortunately nobody cleaned the room adequately, which was either laziness or lack of staff.
Yet, the hotel's pièce de résistance undoubtedly lies in its pristine beachfront. With inviting lounges and well-maintained beach chairs, it offers the perfect spot to bask in the sun or explore the crystal-clear waters through snorkeling adventures.
The breakfast buffet served each morning exceeded expectations, boasting an extensive array of delectable dishes spanning Thai, Chinese, and Western cuisines. The abundance of fresh fruits added a refreshing touch, ensuring a delightful start to each day.
In conclusion, while the allure of the hotel's grounds, exceptional service, and picturesque beachfront are undeniable, the comfort of the beds leaves something to be desired. For those prioritizing a good night's sleep, it may be a deciding factor in their choice of accommodation.

A quiet pleasant place, no music, the sound of the sea, birds, wonderful. Time of visit - the end of November, a very strong east wind, the sea was rough, a lot of fish, interesting snorkeling, helpful staff, there is a transfer to Walking Street, you can also walk. In the evening there was a tide, you can no longer walk along the shore.
The breakfast is very poor, the furniture is old, the bed linen was good, clean. Peace and quiet are the main plus of this place.
Location is ok, a short distance from the sea, very close to 711 and pedestrian street, room facilities are also available, that is, no electric mosquito coils, cheap family travel, fixed double rooms, other hotels have no room, only this hotel has Overall, it ’s ok, I ’ve done Raiders before going to the island and the environment on the other side is not very good, so I ’m prepared
It's an absolutely fantastic hotel. The boss is very understanding of human nature and is able to approach the hotel service from the customer's perspective, handling every detail meticulously. For instance, offering complimentary refillable bottled water not only addresses the inconvenience of purchasing water due to the hotel's remote location but also solves the issue of operational costs. Beach towels are changed daily. The reception speaks three languages: Chinese, English, and Thai, enabling them to understand the hotel staying habits and lifestyle characteristics of different ethnicities, taking into account their needs in detail. The isolation of the rooms is also excellent; initially, it was assumed that wooden houses would have ants and various insects, but the sealing turned out to be better than expected. Additionally, after check-out, the staff takes the responsibility of transporting guests to their next hotel, not just dropping them at the entrance but also assisting with luggage to the reception of the next hotel.
We enjoyed our stay at Chareena Beachside. Staff were SO helpful & welcoming to us, be it the receptionists , maintainance and the restaurant servers, please keep up the good service so more can experience your great service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach was nearby and AMAZING. Definitely will return!!!
Excellent hotel with excellent service. We were met on the beach upon arrival, although we did not ask for it. The staff is smiling and friendly. I definitely recommend the hotel to families with children.
Location: 5+ the hotel is located right next to the beach, 20 meters, the place is very quiet, 5 minutes to Walking Street along the beach, 20 minutes to Sunrise Beach.
Food: 5 everything is very tasty, nothing extra, but everything you need is there.
Rooms: 5.
WiFi: 5.
Located at the end of Pattaya Beach, beautiful scenic view of Koh Lipe. The room is superb, clean and spacious with the most comfortable bed and big soft pillows. Balcony has a great view of the sea, with a hammock to relax. Food service is excellent, lots of choice in their breakfast menu plus its a halal and muslim owned hotel. Excellent and very friendly staffs, everyone is so warm and welcoming. Will definitely return here again on our next visit to Koh Lipe!
It took 1.5 hours to get to Koh Lipe from Koh Muka by speedboat. The pier is a pontoon type, and the hotel staff met us on it and took our things on a cart to the hotel. The walk to the hotel is 300-400 meters in total, you can easily walk there yourself. The location is good. Almost all the houses are positioned so that you can see the sea. There's not much point in taking Sia View. The room is large, we had a second floor with a large balcony. Corresponds to the photo on Trip.com. Breakfast is good. Rice porridge soup, rice, noodles, eggs, sausages, ham, juice, coffee, muesli, toast, vegetables, two types of fruit. The distance to the beach where you see the sunrise is 900 meters, where the sunset is the same. To the north, where the view of neighboring Adang is slightly larger. We walked everywhere. There are many restaurants, but you have to choose. I liked the Chinese two, the duck was just lovely, the grilled fish too. The location of the hotel is convenient - right in front of the hotel due to the presence of corals, there are no boats. There are also restaurants, only the beach and the sea. Swimming at night was great, the water was clear, we didn’t see any nocturnal creatures, like in Egypt. I recommend downloading the tide schedule. The hotel is very good in terms of price-quality ratio.

AAlessiofromspbU know it’s My first time in Asia))) this place one of diamonds) thanx a lot to all 10 Moons crew. Starting from great man Den which pick us up from customs and bring us to hugs of Wonderful Pen and Nui😘. Great job Ladies!Good place, best memories, true opened hearts, best view in the Koh Lipe island! This place will be in my heart!
GGuest UserLooks quite new compared to other hotels, a/c works all the time even when you go out and take a card key which is very nice. And it cools down the room incredibly, a must in April and May.
We liked the room but there’s an area for improvement: you can see some impurities here and there: old bedsheets with stains, the tub in the bathroom with some part falling off. They are not big, but better to fix them.
The breakfast is amazing, a lot of options, even the noodles station, the roti station, ice cream and bloodie mary station hahaha
A lot of good fruits such as rambutan, passion fruits, etc. not just watermelon and dragon fruits like at other hotels across Thailand.
Sunrise beach itself is a bit disappointing because of the amount of boats there and almost no place to swim but this hotel has the designated beach where you can enjoy swimming and definitely some good sunsets.
Overall it’s a good place to stay for more than a day if you want to stay at the sunrise Beach area, but my personal favorite is the North pole beach (20-25 min walk along the beach).
Things to improve:
- service staff should be careful with bags, I know they try to be helpful but one of the guys broke a handle of my carry on bag.
- Starbacks cafe on the beach — this is a disaster, they advertise other as a Starbucks coffee shop, with the original drinks and recipes but for 180 thb they will give you iced milk instead of iced cappuccino. Better to buy some good medium roast beans from the Borth of Thailand and serve proper coffee. You don’t need that Starbucks brand definitely.
PPC Chin117We had a fantastic stay at the Resort which was very conveniently located close to the jetty landing. Being situated at the end of the Sunset Beach, it was less busy and expose to the general public, making it rather private. We had to change the room the first day due to a plumbing issue in one of our rooms. The resort was also very accommodating in changing the 2nd room to a ground floor unit as I’d suffered a knee injury prior to the holiday. The daily buffet breakfast had wide choices and something to look forward to even after 4 nights. Kudos to the ever helpful receptionists and Boy who was super helpful and informative. Will definitely be a choice of stay again.
GGuest UserIt was good in general but a bit below expectations from a pricey 4-star hotel. Territory is nice, breakfast is good.
The rooms are not isolated well enough which led to insects and wild life making its way inside and us chasing it away.
The safe broke down 2 days before our departure, so it was a hassle to wait for someone to open it, and it was not fixed the next day, so we had to carry valuables with us which was inconvenient.
GGuest UserKoh Lipa is definitely worth the travel. It is one of the nicer islands in thailand. We loved the clear sea water and the white soft sands. The hotel is on the beach set in a beautiful garden. The rooms are made of rattan so it didn't get to hot as we only used the fans provided. Put side at the porch we had a hammac to relax in. Definitely value for money 💰
Next to the hotel there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. We also booked a lovely snorkeling trip that provided 5 stops and lunch . The boat was a lovely tailboat and the price was the best we have found so far.
We took a walk to sun set beach from the hotel. It took around 10 minutes I would really recommend to it it's breath taken. And we found a street bar with a wonderful man. So we stopped and had a drink with him on the way there ans on the way back.
GGuest UserAbsolutely a wonderfull hotel. Great location, great rooms and the view from balcony is stunning. The staff is very very nice, and rhe kitchen is very high standard. The beach infront of the hotel offer you very clean water and the best possible snorkeling. Just like being in a aquarium..
GGuest UserThe concept is pretty nice, but the bungalows are quite outdated — we stayed at 3 different hotels (2 on the sunrise beach, 1 at the north pole) and all the hotels are a bit oudsted inside.
The girls at the reception were great, helped us with everything we asked for.
The territory is not that big, compared to other resorts. But very green and a nice layout.
The biggest disappointment was the a/c — it was old and very noisy, even at the minimum fan level, and obviously couldn’t cool the room down. In April and May a/c is the first thing that must work properly cause it’s extremely hooooot.
The bathroom at the balinese villa is huge, but there is not air circulation, so after you take a shower be ready for a weird smell — not from pipes, but from the humid space with no ventilation.
One more thing we didn’t like was that there was no shower or faucets in the beach area — so when you’re done with your beach activities and head back to the room you won’t find any water to help you get rid of the sand. We had to use the pool for that reason.
The breakfast is pretty simple, it’s not a buffet, but you can choose different options from the menu. Very basic taking into account the price you pay for the villa — for the same price you will get an amazing buffet at the Idyllic concept next door with plenty of options, including noodle station, roti station, ice cream, etc.
For 1 night it was okay, but I’d hardly choose it for a longer stay.
MMiludekuangxiangThe scenery is beautiful, but there is no air conditioning! ! So it gets really hot at night. The most troublesome thing is that the air conditioner brings the problem of mosquitoes, and some of the mosquito nets are too short to be effective. Friends who are afraid of heat need to choose carefully.
The hotel has many services. The PADI dive shop is located in the hotel and provides rental of various equipment.
Located at Sunrise Beach, watching the sunrise in the morning is an excellent view.
SS_lanaSNice small hotel. Good location. Walking distance from immigration office and the main beach of the island. Staff is very friendly, helped us a lot with luggage. Breakfast is freshly cooked every morning individually for every guest.
KKatie KhaiI was at the hotel in February, there were a lot of people. Proximity to the pier +. The breakfasts are good, but the queue for coffee took a lot of time. I think need to put several coffee machines for such a large number of guests
