This is the second time that i stayed there. This time was also a great experience. The residence is situated into Jomtien Complex just one minute from the bars and restaurants and just 5 minutes walk from Jomtien beach. The price of the room is very reasonable. The room disposed everything that someone could ask for and was very clean. Was clened every day. The food in the pool bar (breakfast and lunch) is very good and in good price. I was eating there every day. There was a very big selecrtion of drinks and coctails in the bar during all day, prepared and served by 2 very good bartenders. The waiters in the salle of the show were very friendly and helpful, specially Scott and Toon. During my stay I thoughtb to becvin my home and into members of my family. I suggest to every one to stay there

I stayed here and I thought it was fine, it's right in the front, the room I'd describe as rustic but was very clean, air con worked great and room was cleaned daily, clean towels etc. This hotel has a great pool area with plenty of sunbeds and a lovely pool, really quiet, you wouldn't think you were in the centre of Pattaya, there's also a little pool bar. Breakfast was okay, plenty of coffee and juice, you choose breakfast off a set menu card, it was alright, I'd stay here again if I was in Pattaya, but I'd definitely book a room overlooking the pool, the staff and hotel manager were all really nice and very helpful too, I liked this hotel, and I'd recommend.

Old hotel, old room, but the location is very good, the air conditioner is cool, the bathroom is big, overall combined with Rara is considered ok. The staff has good service. And there are male employees at the counter who often serve.

This is a newly opened hotel approximately two month old and finished to a high standard. It’s located in Soi 15 off the main Soi Buakaew and within walking distance to Avenue shopping centre,LK Metro plus lots of other nightlife close by. My room was Premier Twin with balcony.Large comfortable beds,full choice of channels on tv,lots of electrical points and smart modern bathroom with excellent shower and bath. Dining area located on ground floor looked modern and smart. Rooftop pool with great views across Pattaya. Overall excellent though try paying a few months in advance to get better value.

Clean hotel. Nice swim pool and a small gym. Good location. Very noisy with a garbage truck making noise until 5:00 AM. Outside my window . Room is very very small. Can’t keep suitcase and no place to work on a computer . However staff offered me a refund when I complained. That was a great gesture .

Cool concept and very nice place but when booking the room it doesn't say that it's a condo community *not a regular hotel* or specify how to pick up the keys and staff was not friendly when i didn't know these facts already. They were like ” call the landlord if you don't know” rude, defensive, shady... . wash machine in the room. Pool was nice. no food options but fridge, microwave and stove. no towels. Also signs around saying this type of rental was NOT totally legal under local type laws...

Good, but the alley is a bit narrow. There are a lot of taverns and bars, but it's easy to find things to eat. Convenient, close to the beach, can walk. There's a 7-Eleven, no need to call a car. Good atmosphere. Outside it's a loud bar, but inside it's soundproof. Overall I gave 4.5 stars. The staff spoke nicely and provided good service.
