Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel.
Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay.
Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two.
Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service.
Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours.
Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it.
Included breakfast and dinner were OK.
Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great.
The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...)
Biggest weakness:
1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho.
2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that)
3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

XxmOrangeThe hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

GGuest UserAccording to Tunisia’s location, architecture, and friendliness, the room is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The room is large and clean (I pay tribute to Faïza, the maid like a bee, and look at the cleanliness of the room And I thank her for the maintenance of the technicians, because they repaired the heating, they are very smiling and friendly, in addition to the Moorish cafe (I invited her as many as her colleagues), a group of young people also appeared in the animation. In the restaurant, the staff is the most helpful, and the dishes are varied, especially the ”Lemlaoui” dishes made by ladies. On the other hand, the windows of the rooms are very windy due to the lack of seams.

DDominique Gloppegood service, the rooms do not have a shower for people who have trouble getting into a very difficult bath, for a 5 star no kettle in the rooms too bad for the restoration a bit tight forever a 5 star. very friendly and attentive staff. the towels are a bit old and frayed and it's hard to change them. But I would gladly go back.

XXINAlthough the hotel time is a bit old, the hotel service is very good, the room is good, the hotel pool is very high in the afternoon and evening, there is a theme park on the side of the hotel, there is a small restaurant at the intersection, cheap and delicious, from the beach or A little distance, it is the beach after crossing the crossroads. The Hammamet people are also very friendly. Next time you come to Tunisia, you will come to Hammamet. This is a good place for a holiday.

方方It's great to have a big bed room in Tunisia with the money for a normal room in Turkey! There are floor-to-ceiling windows! And a swimming pool! You can also watch the sunset.
