"Good hotel, great location, great view from the balcony, but noisy in the evenings. There is a bar on the roof of the hotel, music plays until 1:00 and in principle it is a very busy street. But we knew this initially, so no complaints) We were so tired during the day that nothing prevented us from falling asleep) The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed, water is brought, everything is very clean and pleasant)"

"Absolutely loved my stay here, stayed in the junior suite with the hot tub and it was amazing. The staff was all lovely and so helpful, would definitely recommend staying here. Very clean and great service. The spa was the best part if your planning your trip there I recommend going for a massage and hamam treatment."

"The hotel is good, close to the beach, and the environment is good. However, the room does not have thick quilts. There seems to be a problem with the air conditioning at night. I did not sleep well. I hope to add more quilts."

"Сам отель и номер приятные. Полностью соответствуют фотографиям. Но на ресепшн почти никогда никого не было. Хотя в описании заявлен 24 часовой. Самым сложным было попасть в него рано утром. При бронировании оставляла комментарий, что прибываем в город в 7 утра и нужна возможность оставить чемоданы до заселения. Получила странный автоматический ответ, что возможность будет понятна по приезду. В итоге в 7 утра ни на звонки, ни на стук в дверь, ни на звонки по телефону никто не ответил. Через сервис звонки не проходили совсем. Только в 8 дозвонилась по телефону и мне ответили, что в 9.30 на ресепшн появятся люли и смогут нам помочь. В 9.30 на ресепшн никого не было. Дверь открыли выходившие постряльцы и сообщили, что ресепшн работает с 11. Мы оставили чемоданы и записку и ушли гулять. В 11 мне позвонили с ресепшн и подтвердили, что чемоданы видели... В дальнейшем за 6 дней на ресепшн видели людей раза 3-4 в разное время. Уборку в номере не делали ни разу за все время проживания. Мусор мы выставляли сами за дверь. В остальном интерьеры нам понравились. Постельное белье было приятным и чистым."

"This hotel is cost-effective, the service is very good, the room is clean, they are not all rooms at the front desk in the same building, but the other two are adjacent, the front desk has an elevator, the elevator door needs to be opened by itself, after the elevator arrives, it feels very interesting to open it 😂 The other two buildings have no elevator but the rooms are bigger"

"Good hotel. Pros: close to public beach, clean, free tea/coffee and water even without meals. Cons: far from the old city, train station, from public transport. Taxi from Mark Antalya shopping center cost 155 lira"

"I made an error when booking and had to book one more night in addition to the original booking to make up for it. The receptionist helped to make sure that we could continue staying in the same room for the additional night. The room is rather small and crammed, the shower stall is miniscule. And there was hair on the pillowcases when we checked in. But the location is great, pretty much all the attractions in the old town Kaleici are within walking distance."

"Everything about our stay was excellent. We returned to akra for our anniversary celebrations, akra being aware of this looked after us and our occasion everday.from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing.the firness area as well as the spa sauna ans swim was a real treat at the end of our day.the hotel maintans its high promised standards.we loved it again if im third time lucky to visit antalya, akra would defo be my place to stay,the location is perfect,within reach of everything a tourist would need..booked up and stay.im sure you will have the same to say."
