Quiet hotel, animation on the beach, a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Revy’s singing, a sharp water inlet, no soles of feet 2 meters from the shore, no free sunbeds, 90% broken or even insufficient food regulations4, It can be seen that the hotel used to be very good, but in a hurry and covid repairs (staff on the beach, animators, towels and sunbeds are kept) killed the desire to come here again. We made a good discount, so the price/quality ratio is very satisfactory.

This is our second time at this hotel, we chose it for its large green area and beautiful sandy beach. The food is varied and delicious. I really like the animation - archery. The water park and large pool are also a plus! We liked it - the price/quality match.

Breakfast is rich, there is a parking lot, it is a parent-child hotel, with a place to play with the baby. The children are fully equipped and have a wide variety of meals. There is also a Western food, you can eat Western food and drinks all day, value for money, it is recommended to stay for at least three days, a completely relaxing holiday! In addition to our one Chinese tourists, the rest have Russian, European and American tourists. It’s awkward to play with, it’s a family with children, and a leisure vacation. It is recommended to take the child with such a journey. The child is not playing enough.

Because we came from Trip.com, we were treated badly and even waited for 2 hours because of this reason. The hotel official told us that we had to cancel and take a place at the hotel, a very ridiculous system. But we insisted and they had to stay.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is varied, the rooms are large with a terrace, only a rooster at 4:00 was extra 😀. We were in March, the indoor pool was cool, sauna from 11 only, not in the morning.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to both the ancient city of Side and the city center due to its location, which is a good opportunity for you to get out of the hotel, which is built on a relatively small area. It also provides quality accommodation. The most beautiful part of Side is its beach, so the pool inside the hotel does not appeal to me, and the pool is crowded, mostly with foreign tourists.
Clean towels are provided for the beach every day.
The staff is very polite and attentive. The a la carte restaurants are also very high quality.
The small negative comments I can make about the hotel are as follows:
1- In order to get a drink in the restaurant, you have to order from the waiters, the number of waiters is quite high, so they come to you to order, but this causes quite a crowd in the small area. Establishing a system where guests can get their own drinks could make the dining area more comfortable.
2- The umbrellas on the beach do not provide full protection from the sun, which causes sunburn rather than sunbathing, awnings are always better in this regard
3- There was no toothpaste or toothbrush for guests in the bathroom, and there was no hair conditioner (but there was shampoo and shower gel)

GGuest UserAmazing holiday I have even had! Free flow alcohol and food from 7am till 2am in the morning….food is absolutely delicious!! We don’t feel crowded at the resort even though the hotel is full of guests. Staff are very friendly and warm that make you feel home and don’t want to leave the hotel. Hotel has lots of activities and shows every day and night, believe me….you don’t get bored if you decide to stay in the hotel and not go anywhere! Love this hotel and we are planning to coming back soon!! Well done 👍🏼

Dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner are so varied that you won’t be able to try everything)) Vegetables, fruits, salads, cheeses are displayed with designer decoration. I am delighted! Service at the highest level. Special thanks for a bottle of champagne and a basket of fruit in the room on my birthday, as well as for a cake with candles in the a la carte restaurant on that day. It was a pleasure!

ИИринаAmazing hotel! High level service! No bracelets! Polite and attentive staff even though the hotel was 100% full. The waiters in the bars remembered our preferences after the first evening👍 which was very nice! At the reception, Leila and Irina are professionals in their field! Smart and beautiful! Well equipped fitness center! Instructor Angela will always give you advice, she is very attentive and responsive!
The cuisine is varied and very tasty! Premium alcohol!
The small hotel surprised me with its very well-kept grounds, especially the garden with cacti! There are fruit trees everywhere. There is a promenade nearby for walks along the sea.
The sun loungers on the beach are comfortable! Excellent pier, we only swam from the pier.
Daily live music in the bar! We listened with pleasure! I really enjoyed my vacation!

VVladOn Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything!
Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor.
+Mini club and disco open for kids everyday.
- this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it...
- noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

SSteven KuhnThis hotels is massive with at least three separate buildings and apartment buildings too. Food was ok for dinner, snack bats were good.
The general repair of the hotel was low: chipping paint in lobby, bubbled up wood on reception, broken trim in room, etc.
The big plus was the quiet pool for those who do not want screaming kids and loud music.
Not a fan of outside of the hotels, no restaurants or cafes to speak of, just shopping, which I understand: what’s the point when everything is all inclusive.
All in all a nice stay, premium alcohol was available and midnight to 3AM food.

Great water power for shower!! Mostly updated, except needing to fix the deadbolt that I couldn't turn to lock. Though it was fairly safe area, it didn't make me feel comfortable, especially when the hallway was noisy, men going in and out of their rooms.
They served small 3 yogurt serving size water, which is not easy to take out due to easy breakage of cover. Would be great if they can just provide a bottle to carry without worrying about tear of the cover.

Snacks and drinks are okay; however, if you’re someone who prefers high-quality drinks or coffee, this might not meet your expectations. But if you're fine with simple drinks and snacks, it's pretty good. The staff was friendly and they speak English, although not perfectly, they can still assist you with information as needed. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked fine. The buffet and food were good as well. If you’re looking for something reasonably priced and comfortable, this is a good choice. If you prefer something highly modern or luxurious and can afford it, you might want to consider other options.
