"The place is a bit run down, but ok and a fantastic location. Staff was very nice and helpful. They could have a better animation team, such a big hotel should have beach volleyball, water polo etc every day. When we were leaving and basically going around the corner to another hotel, they charged 15 dollars, Uber was 4."

"Have a good time at Smile Beach Resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. In the evening someone came to close the mosquito net and sprayed the mosquito spray. Breakfast and lunch are good, and we don’t use dinner because there are many restaurants nearby. I would like to mention the swimming pool and the seats on the beach, which are areas for improvement. They are very old and hard. The bed in the room is also very hard."

"My Blue Hotel is very beautiful and clean. The pool is the absolute highlight. From the pool you can enjoy the sunset super. At the beach there were always many free beds so you had a choice of place at any time. The staff distributed cocoa nuts on the beach daily. The staff is very friendly, food delicious and fresh, the evening program was varied, a very clean hotel. We would recommend it to everyone further. The location and the beach are superb. The hotel offers massages at a good price. We enjoyed the holiday in full trains. The internet was usually bad, however. In the room, there was little reception. This has potential for improvement."

"The rooms are all very old, the plumbing is all bad, the air conditioners are old and sometimes don't work, the staff is constantly doing something outside, rolling their carts with a rumble, and also talking loudly to each other and it is impossible to be in the room or near the pool, since the staff is constantly doing something. There is no peace in the hotel, and all thanks to the staff. They cheat and do not return the deposit for towels! The only plus is the location of the hotel, since it has its own exit to the beach. But when you go out to the beach you are attacked by Masai and other people with excursions! It's a wild hell!"

"The hotel is very nice, it’s very quiet though and doesn’t seem to be very popular among travels choice here. The room was spacious, and clean, the staff were very friendly. The WiFi was great. The breakfast was good. A few options for cereals and fruit , coffee and tea as well as options for cooked meals. The location isn’t bad but also not amazing. The beach directly in front of the hotel is not the main beach, there’s a lot of seaweed but it’s only a 10 minute walk along the beach to the nicer beach area. 20 minutes of walking along the roads. Considering the price for what you get I think it’s overpriced but in all honestly so are all the other hotels on the island."

"The room layout is reasonable, clean and bright, two bottles of water are provided every day, the first floor is directly connected to the pool, the pool is clean and beautiful, breakfast is average, dinner can be booked in advance, the hotel is 500 meters from the sea"

"We had a great time! The ocean is next to the hotel. The rooms are very clean and there is hot water in the bathroom. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Safe - the area is guarded by a security guard. We recommend!"
