My granddaughter and I only had 2 bath towels between us. We usually use 2 each as we both have long hair. Also, no extra blankets in room. Thin blanket on the bed. I froze. Upside: there was a small refrigerator and microwave. Room was clean and neat.

We overnighted here in December 2021 and selected this hotel for a few reasons; it's location in respect to highways/shopping/eateries and that it was between a few medical facilities we had appts at. We have witnessed the growth of Eau Claire in the last 10 years and its expansion of medical facilities so it very much helps to have a larger selection of hotels in that area. This hotel is quite new, can be seen from the Hwy 53, is easy on/off. It actually is located between Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls proper. Room was quite spacious, as was the bathroom. Walk-in shower, with several built in shelves for toiletries. Large vanity with single sink. Coffee make provided, microwave, and refrigerator. Narrow closet for hanging items with ironing board/iron. Extensive TV selection. The rooms on back of hotel face a small parking area and hill - so there is no noise from the back side. Hotel self-serve breakfast was quite sufficient, especially considering COVID restrictions; including hot/fresh waffles/pancakes, sausage patties, oatmeal with fixings, cereals, yogurts, coffees, tea selection and juice selections. We experienced NO highway noise and in fact our overnight was very peaceful. On an additional note re breakfast: anyone with dietary restrictions should be pleased with what is offered. Small ”store” in lobby next to reception desk to purchase snack items/beverages.

We stayed here in 2020 and were really impressed with the value for the rate, so first choice on our stay this year.(2022) Rate was so reasonable, that we upgraded to fireplace hot tub room for not a lot of money. Awesome front staff (Lolly), and very clean room. Highly recommended. Please keep rate so reasonable!
