Stayed at this hotel for 8 days, seems like there is folks living there term term at this location, there was not hot water in the hotel on Saturday morning 18th until 3pm in the afternoon, the whole system had failed, no showers that morning, I left the hotel one day early and Ms Tiffany the manager would not credit me for one day exit, l liked the location but unfortunately I will be staying elsewhere the next time, I wouldn’t be looking for credit but I had meetings on Saturday morning and had to attend without showering, customer service was not helpful because they kept saying I used a third party to book the hotel,

The hotel basically has no service. From the moment I checked in, the front desk lady acted like someone owed her 5 million, with a sad face. The room was not cleaned on the first day, and I called to have it cleaned the next day. I read reviews saying the service was bad, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. There are two big beds in the room, which is comfortable for children. The facilities are relatively complete, there is a safe in the room, and there is a laundry room on the floor. It is close to the subway, a 10-minute walk away. There is no place to eat or a supermarket on the right side of the hotel. But the surrounding environment is very good, and you can go for a morning run. Parking is not free, about $25/day, and we parked for one night. The parking fee needs to be paid at the hotel front desk.

Breakfast costs $ 20, but the hotel is connected to Starbucks, so you can choose Star Dad. Or Dunkin Donuts on the side, which is also a very earthy breakfast chain (similar to Bobby steamed buns or Shaxian, but the quality is stable). Location is relatively close to the city, 10 minutes walk from the Red Line subway, there is a fresh pond opposite, the environment is good. The hotel should be pet friendly, with guests and dogs. A little bit of trouble is that after Ctrip booked the hotel, the hotel charge was more than 100 yuan more than the room rate, and the pre-authorization deposit of 50 yuan was checked on the spot and paid separately. This is far worse than the Ctrip customer service has not yet received a response and solution. In addition, most of the waiters in the hotel are black, and the service awareness is slightly poor. One day I came back once in the afternoon, and I used to put the tip for the next day on the bedside table, but I came back at night and found that it was gone ...

Very helpful staff, there's also a shuttle that gets you to the nearby train and bus stations, that was very helpful! Housekeeping comes only on the fourth day which they said now it's the protocol for all the hotels, the breakfast is decent though I preferred having more options, especially in cheese 😅 everything else was very nice, it's clean and the room was spacious, everyone was willing to help, I highly recommend it :)

Very satisfied, two minutes away from the subway, one subway stop away from Harvard, and not far from the city center. Free coffee on the basement floor, and some restaurants nearby are quite convenient.

The location is a few hundred meters from Harvard University. The bed in the room is very good and comfortable. There is only a bottle of water, no toothbrush and slippers. The cup for brushing teeth is a disposable plastic cup. We asked the hotel for knives and forks, but they were delivered with disposable plastic knives and forks. Compared with the equipment 10 years ago, it is far worse, similar to domestic express hotels. It is worse than the Conform inn in the United States due to its special location. The price is very expensive

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and quiet! The blue carpet, the interior color is gentle, and the water temperature is not suitable. The little brother came to help adjust it. He told me that this is the second most comfortable hotel in Boston, and I believe it! The night shift service at the front desk is called Sam. He is very nice. He will help you with any questions. If you have a language barrier, he will find a way to use a computer to translate. Will book again next time!

I arrived at the hotel at 8am, and they kindly accommodated my early check-in. There was a drink bar next to the check-in counter, so I was able to relax and have a cup of coffee while I waited. I would definitely use this service again the next time I visit Harvard.
