GGuest UserThis time I was upset, because we outdoor hot tub & pool was closed, I guess it's because of cold weather, but indoor pool was also so cold that not only water temperature but was its room also so cold.
SShriraj IyerThe actual resort fee charged was more than what was quoted on trip.com they also do not take reward cards if booked through 3rd party which is ridiculous.
GGuest UserThis is an absolutely gigantic hotel, inside and out. If you do not know how to read a map then this wouldn't be for you. There are 6 floors and many different elevators that do not all lead to the same place. Finding your car or even getting outside takes about 20 mins. Be prepared to walk a lot. It's also extremely packed at all times, and as expected the prices are higher than normal. It is centrally located, on the boardwalk and many things to do. But make sure you add lots of extra time. Also not all staff can give directions either which makes it difficult. Takes a couple days to get acquainted.
SSummerlovex3I stayed on and off about a month and it had its ups and downs the location is great the house keeping staff is wonderful not so much management he singled me out gave me a hard time told some of us it’s a 3 week max stay but others didn’t get that when I informed them of mold and water leak he accused me of taking showers and letting the water run out when in fact there’s a leak behind the wall so I used the towels to soak it up they got a little dirty and I was told if this keeps happening I was going to lose my deposit for the towels then when I booked the jacuzzi suite I was told. Dogs are not allowed in suits and if then downgraded my room no reimbursement for the difference and was told I could have the red quilts because once again I would lose the security deposit if the dog or my family gets 1 spec on the white blanket never gave me a red blanket but I didn’t get any specs and the white one 🙀 idk what management had against me but even with the free pet policy and other horrific moments like not getting my jacuzzi suite getting told the only room available was the room that I booked a Jacuzzi suite for because it smelled like mold and it had the water leak issue so then miraculously, they don’t see my booking for the Jacuzzi if they see it for the room that I just had that I already checked out of so they gave somebody else the Jacuzzi suite downgraded me to a white sheet suit that my dog for the first night couldn’t sleep in but then miraculously could as soon as we said, will just pull the booking and cancel then that suit was available had to take a break from there.
LLB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.
GGuest UserMy room was 486 directly over the Yard. I had to call and ask what time the Yard clised as they was still open and playing the music at 1:30am. If you book a room be sure and adk upon check-in where it's located if you plan on sleeping.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Harrah’s ****** and Hotel in Atlantic City and had a generally positive experience, though there were a few notable drawbacks. The room was clean, and the hotel’s location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, which was a big plus. Additionally, their poker room was a highlight, offering a good selection of games that were enjoyable and well-organized. I even won some money playing poker, which made the experience even better.
However, there were a couple of issues that impacted my stay. The most concerning was a hole in the desk that extended into the wall. This odd defect also led to poor sound insulation, making it easy to hear my neighbors talking day and night, which was quite annoying.
Despite these problems, I would consider staying at Harrah’s again, especially if they fix the hole in the wall. Overall, it’s a decent choice, particularly for those interested in their poker offerings.
GGuest UserBook the king suite for my son bday. The door that divides the other side of the room was broke. Pull out matress felt like a jail bed. For that price thought room would be better
Rryan sippelLast time we stayed here they had brand new coin operated laundry machines for guests. However, despite the fact that those machines are literally still on the premises, they are animate that laundry is not available. Also, the first time we had stayed in awhile they CLEARLY had undergone a change of ownership and because they did not recognize us we were definitely treated as low life's. I was on the first floor just looking out the huge bay window admiring the Atlantic City skyline when I heard elder middle eastern later calling out in a somewhat nasty tone. I chose to ignore and mind my own business. Well as I paid her no mind she worked her way down the hall yelling to me until she came to the conclusion that I was either hard of hearing or deaf. So when she eventually invaded my personal space and was yelling as though that might be helpful had i been deaf and tried to grab my arm when I turned to her and asked her very nicely if she could refrain from screaming as I am right there and there is no need to ever touch a guest unless there is a pending safety issue. She started yelling at me to ”go to my room” ”you must remain in your room” clearly that didn't go over well. After 2 days of ignorance, we were able to hash things out, but they need a good lesson on our culture and tolerance.
