Multiple Stays, Fantastic Staff, Michelle at front desk is AMAZING, Room Spacious!!!! Thank you to this location for providing quiet, calm, and peace in/out of the city!!!!!!! I truly have made this place my home away from home. The kitchenette is PERFECT!!! Staff is friendly. Halls are CLEAN. Rooms are CLEAN. I've stayed here 3 times already!
Stayed here in late August. The hotel is fine. It could use a little updating; but, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great and convenient to spots in and out of the city, the I didn't have any issues with noise or anything else that others have mentioned. The only issue was parking which as others have noted is $6 a night even though (1) it's unusual for a Courtyard that's not in an urban/downtown area to charge for parking and (2) it's unnecessary given how large the parking area is at the hotel. When I checked in, I specifically told the front desk clerk that I was not parking a vehicle, yet the charge still appeared on my final bill. The hotel removed the charge, though there was a little harrumphing about it. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was fine, and it's a bit better than other reviewers have mentioned.

I stayed here for one night on a quick weekend in Atlanta. We wanted to be close to shopping and food options while in town so this place seemed perfect. It's VERY close to Phipps Plaza...like pretty much connected. The hotel actually shares it's parking with the shopping plaza so it's definitely close. There's quite a few food options in the area too. The sleep quality was good- beds were comfy, room atmosphere was nice- as was the hotel overall. The hotel was clean, it even smelled clean, and was sleek and modern. It fit in well with the the ”upscale” feel of Buckhead and we enjoyed it. We'd stay again.
I'd like to take a moment to recognize the awesome staff at this location. I was unexpectedly displaced from my home of 5 years; being faced with having to stay in an extended stay hotel is emotionally taxing. Chantiece, Abu, Malachi, and the new lady in training (sorry, I didn't get her name) have been kind, helpful, and patient. The level of guest service they have displayed has help make this difficult time in my life much more bearable. I appreciate their hard work, efforts, and comforting smiles each day. Thanks for all you do, great job! Kimberly Roney
Nice hotel, clean room. Hall was always a mess but that is probably due to being on the same floor as the Conference Center. Pool was kind of a mess, it looked like several days worth of regular debris that falls in an outdoor pool. There was no hot tub, which the site advertised and I was really looking forward to. I also don't know why I have to pay $5 to self park in the $35/day parking garage. Just call it $40.
The treatment of the staff was very good. The room is good. Location is good and always used. I am thinking of using it again next time.

GGuest UserI liked it here, clean nice hotel i also like how they keep that good lemon water in the lobby for the guests. I will definitely be staying here again when i come back to visit Atlanta... I enjoyed my stay.
Ddexter jI booked a room at the RedRoof Inn in Atlanta. I think is they tryed to change my card $50 to hold the room but I booked it online on the app and it gave me the option to pay now or pay when check in it. I did pay when I checked in so when they didn't get the $50 I called them to check on my reservation and I have the confirmation number and everything so I ask About my room Robert said yea they charge your card that's on file to see if it's active but if I choose to pay at check in y u trying to run my card I saved he many times and never had that happen so he yea they doing it no.. So iam like y yall don't put that on the website.. So i said ok fine. $50 to hold the Room and pay the rest when I get there... So iam comeing from Charlotte North Carolina 3-4 hour drive....
