The Hotel was fine. The rooms were designed for long term stay because it's a residence but the prices were good. My biggest complaint? I came to the desk around 2 am and there was a woman working the desk. She was very sketchy and in and out of the hotel, at one point she was in the parking lot for an hour talking to some random guy and I'm 100% positive I saw them exchange drugs. She was strung out on something and it ruined my stay because now I know that's who is handling my money and determining my safety. I think her name started with a M but I can't remember since I didn't get to speak with her really and she only seemed to be there overnight. I've stayed at the Courtyard next-door and the staff there is much more professional, doesn't sell drugs in front of the building. I would recommend staying there the next time. Management should seriously consider flipping their staff and not hiring drug addicts/dealers from here on out. Stay at the Courtyard next door.

Stayed at this location for my brother's wedding. A few of my highlights include the rooms, the service, and the experience I had during my stay. Checking into the hotel, I encountered Les who had a fantastic personality. He delivered fantastic service and provided water bottles to me and my family upon request. The rooms are clean, modern, and appear to have been renovated recently. The only big concern is that the bathrooms are not ventilated, but we alleviated this by keeping the air conditioning on. Aside from this, the bathrooms were well-stocked, and the storage provided in the room was fantastic for our suits and items needed to freshen and glam-up for the wedding. Because the bride and groom were able to easily book a block for the wedding party, it was easy to check up on our family and friends as well. I also managed to get some breakfast in the morning, which was served for several hours. The breakfast was well-stocked, and I was happy to grab a few bites before running off for the day's activities. I would also like to include the fact that there is a coffee bar for guests in the lobby, but a minor inconvenience was that the roasts were lukewarm upon filling the cups. One positive is while there were several issues that I had run into, they were quickly resolved by the front desk. While these issues were trivial (with examples including locking myself out of my room or concerns regarding the keys), the front desk individuals were swift to handle these inconveniences and helped me in a kind manner. Another highlight is how Brionna, the manager, provided ample care for the wedding party by accommodating our schedule and our large group. It was fantastic having Brionna available to solve any issues and was immensely supportive and friendly during our stay. My parents had actually had concerns with neighbors harassing them in the night, but Brionna had helped us figure out a solution to give my parents their rest and prevent the neighbors from disturbing anyone else. Above all else, the experience staying at this location was phenomenal, and the staff and the accommodations felt comfortable and personal. I will not forget the kindness of the staff, especially Brionna who had been one of the group's biggest supporters (and I am happy to help out with any messes especially with such a big group). This particular location shines in its excellent staff and service that helps to provide a comfortable and accommodating stay for anyone. I highly recommend the place for any wedding groups or large events that require coordination in the area. I especially want to recognize Brionna for her kindness and charity during our stay. If I had another event near this place, I would certainly stay again.

Location is good with stores, restaurants, and roads nearby. Staff is nice but rooms are only average. They are very dated and the furnishings are not in best of shape but ok. Breakfast was very good. My biggest complaint is that my room was never touched during a two night stay. No one made the beds, emptied the trash cans, vacuumed the floors or even entered the room. The second day I left a tip on the ”welcome note” left in the room when we left at 10AM and it was still sitting there when we returned a little past 9PM. That confirmed that no one had entered even though there was plenty of time to have cleaned the room. W were tired and leaving next morning so we did not bother complaining and having to wait while someone cleaned the room.

Clean, quiet stay. We had an incredibly helpful front desk associate at check-in. Thank you to Ram for being considerate and helpful during our stay. Breakfast buffet was well-stocked and amenities in bathroom were handy. A/C worked great. Beds extremely comfortable.
