Worst experience I've ever had with staff at any business. I wish I were exaggerating. The hotel room itself reeked so badly that my friend and I jokingly referred it as the ”urine room” all weekend. I accidentally left a bag with my prescription medications and toiletries and quickly called them the day I checked out. They were reassuring and told me it would be mailed the next day. I called the next day and they said it would be shipped the day after. This continued for six days. After pointing out that they were lying to me and not following through, they told me to talk to the manager, Brian. It took me three days (Wednesday through friday) to get in touch with Brian; he was on break, then at lunch, then they couldn't find him. Each time, they said they would leave him a message that I called and that he would call me back. He never did and they still hadn't shipped my bag 7 days later. Once I was desperate for my medication (and toothbrush!) I finally got ahold of him and it was the most demeaning and petty someone has ever spoken to me, but he did say he would take 50 dollars off my bill for the inconvenience and the three hours total I spent on the phone trying to speak to anyone at this hell hole who could help me. I called the next day to ask when that would be reflected on my account and the person on the phone said ”that is not how we do things but I'll talk to Brian and see if he wants to send you money out of his own pocket.” I didn't get his name but he identified himself as Brian's superior. Horribly demeaning, unprofessional, and petty behavior towards someone who was just desperate to get their medicine and toiletries back. (PS I offered to drive to Columbus to get my bag at first and they assured me it would be shipped promptly). Highly recommend going anywhere else in Columbus than this hotel
Hyatt's hotel is a bit old, the facilities are old, the room is quite big, for the United States, such a five-star in the country can only be considered Samsung's place is generally OK! However, we booked the advanced king room and prepaid the full price to guarantee. After that, we still told us that the big bed room was gone, and finally only gave us a double bed! The front desk said that we would change it the next day but we didn't mention it until we checked out! We are not going to care about these when we go on a business trip! There are very few breakfast items. There are only five or six things besides omelet. The location is very good. It is in the city center and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, Columbus is a small city and quiet, this hotel is not bad, give 4 points! Add a sentence, you can see the sunrise 🌅
Very good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, the staff at front desk is very nice. The room is clean and comfortable.
The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service attitude is very good, the hotel location is good, you can walk to Macy's, NORDSTORM, LV, GUCCI, Tiffany. There is a Chinese restaurant PFCHANG not far from the front door of the hotel

Front desk was really friendly and location is close to campus but that is about all I can say about our stay here. When we checked in for the game they didn't inform us that they would be running a shuttle to the game so by the time we saw them they were all booked up. We had friends to our room the first night for pizza and beer. The next morning I requested housecleaning for the room because we had pizza boxes and empty beer bottles and no clean towels. The response was sorry you aren't eligible for housekeeping until the next day! So I explained and they didn't care, their response was set the trash in the hallway and come down to the front desk for clean towels. For over $300 a night, I wasn't expecting to do my own room cleaning, trash removal and towel service! Yes, they jack the room rates up over double for game weekends (I think that's called gouging).
stayed two nights for a conference and it was my first time in Columbus. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I felt very safe. The check in was smooth despite thousands of conference attendees in the area, I never had to wait long for an elevator, the bartenders were great conversationalists, the concierge was sweet and helpful, the bartender at the hotel bar was so nice, the bellman and the valets were very friendly and helpful. Brian was so kind when helping me with my car both times and even offered me a bottled water while I waited. I highly recommend staying here!
I choose this hotel for its proximity to Nationwide Area, as I was visiting for a Columbus Blue Jackets game. I arrived around noon that day. I was able to have the valet park my vehicle and was able to check in early that afternoon without any hassle. The room was clean and everything was functioning. The room had what I believe are barn style doors so guests could close a door to the bathroom and the sleeping area. Meals are not included with the room. There is a dining area on the first floor that has limited breakfast options. The hotel does have a rooftop bar. The bar was a very nice area, and the bartenders were very friendly when serving drinks. However, one view from the rooftop is that of a neighboring parking garage.
I really loved this hotel. The front desk people were super nice! I can’t remember the girl’s name (she was East African) she was the sweetest! Gave my Hunnie a free drink for his birthday. The security was super nice as well. Very diverse staff who were all super nice. Will def stay there again.
The room was super clean and nicely decorated. Loved the bathroom. It was all white and super clean. The location is great in downtown. We walked to dinner at Mitchell’s.
Breakfast
from the restaurant wasn’t that great.

Of my three Marriott stays in July and August, 2024, this Residence Inn was by far the best! I was there for about five nights for a Church Conference, and found the service to be exceptional. From my check-in with Titan and Beverly, to the courtesy extended by Chuck, our porter, my heart was kindly touched. Did I mention the kitchen staff provided a variety of delicious selections for their guests? College students were staying there preparing for their freshman year; however, the atmosphere was always tranquil. This was one of the best and blessed trips I’ve had in a very long time.

AAmandaThe hotel is relatively close to the dormitory in the west of ous, within walking distance, there is a big supermarket next to it, and it is as convenient as a shopping mall. There are two buildings in the hotel, both of which are two-story houses surrounding the parking lot. They live on the first floor with a parked car at the door. Yinwq is not a hotel-like elevator building. It feels bad. I booked for two nights and only stayed for one. Late, wasted one night's room fee and went to another hotel.
GGuest UserPerfect hotel for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to the nationwide arena, which is where we saw a concert at. It was nice not having to fight for parking! The weather was perfect so we were able to sit out that night by the fire pit and relax. We ordered food from the restaurant. An amazing burger! 10/10 recommend. I will say, the only negative was the AC wasn’t the best even with it turned down as low as it would go, it was still stuffy
GGuest UserHandicap accessible room: A little disappointed: security latch was completely broken off; shower curtain was to short and water would splash out onto floor; shower floor around wall was old and brown looking from either age and/improper cleaning/ shower seat, when folded up was just dirty looking; overall, it is a little outdated and the room just didn’t feel or look clean.
Also, breakfast opens at 7:30 am! We needed to be on the road before breakfast is even an option! Not good for those who stay at this hotel for during the week and have time commitments! This was a big negative for us.
My friend and I went to Hillard, OH for a Red Hat Society event. Neither of us had ever stayed at a Country Inn. This place was wonderful. Room was very clean, beds comfortable. breakfast was fine. When we checked out the gentleman taking care of the breakfast area took our keys. We went out loaded the car and was ready to leave when he came out, approached our car and said ”Something made me go check your room, is this yours? It was a small necklace, the last gift her husband had bought her. We will definitely stay there the next time we go to that area.
SSlatz MTaking this hotel experience as a whole I feel satisfied, as I paid 97 dollars on *******. Check in was a bit slow but acceptable. We had a 4th floor room. The room itself was quite poor. The couch was disgusting and should have thrown out years ago. All furniture was old and heavily worn. The bed was very soft. The bathroom was obviously recently remodeled and nice. A note of caution the tub floor was EXTREMELY slippery. The property was ni e and the common areas were ok. The elevator was slow and not in good shape. From prior reviews there were mentions of car break in s. ALough I did not experience this, I did observe several places that had auto safety glass on the ground. Take that for what it s worth. If I paid Flagship Marriott prices for this room I would have been highly disappointed and complained. For 97 bucks it was ok. I would not return here and would explore other options in this area
WweihuaThe hotel is close to the airport, and there is a free car to pick up and drop off the airport. Clean and tidy, and the room is quite big. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, as well as gas stations, parking is free, it is recommended to stay
GGuest UserI never make complaint but because this was such a bad experience! One of the worst I've ever had! I've always heard that Hilton hotels were so nice. This hotel was so run down, examples: the letters and numbers are rewritten on with sharpie and what looks like fingernail polish, because they had fallen off all over the place, there's MANY patches of wall work from previous holes all over the rooms and some arent even painted over, the carpet peeling up, a lot of things didn't work like some of the outlets in the room, the ice machines (on two floors), the faucet had a constant drip, furniture was scuffed up, the walls all over the building were scuffed and marked up, outside the building was lots of trash, and the elevator wasn't working. They also upcharged us when we arrived without explanation as a sort of deposit if anything happened to the room. We payed a good amount of money to stay at this runned down hotel, then we weren't even allowed to have the complimentary breakfast which is completely insane. Breakfast is not complimentary for every customer, just some? I've never seen this before and I've stayed at many hotels and I'll NEVER stay at one of your hotels ever again. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It looked more like the motel 6 next door than a Hilton.
LLIYANVery pertinent evaluation, the external environment is okay, but the room is very depressive, not ventilated, and the smell of the door is heavy. The indoor furnishings are relatively old, this is normal and acceptable, but the hotel’s hygiene really needs to be improved. The first room arranged by the hotel has hair and small nuts on the sheets, and the bedside tables are also very dirty. Let the front desk at the back. Changed the room, the hotel is not recommended.
Our room was immaculate, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The swimming pool was an absolute dream! Sparkling clean and well-maintained, it provided a refreshing respite from the heat. The poolside area was also thoughtfully planned, with comfortable loungers and plenty of shade. We loved spending our evenings swimming and relaxing in this idyllic setting.
