AAnonymous UserStayed at this location while seeing a concert at the Rosemont Theatre. Very conveniently located, only a 5 min walk up the street. Close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle as well. Staff are all super welcoming and happy to assist. Was offered complimentary breakfast and free drink vouchers upon check in.

GGuest UserWe stayed here on a 2 day vacation after getting married (not the honeymoon). We were on the 7th floor so we thought it would be rather quiet, or, at least, not too much ambient noise from outside. We were wrong. We heard cars, sirens and utility trucks like they were right outside our window. We heard the elevator ding every time someone called for one. The walls (exterior and interior) must be very thin compared to every other hotel we've been to. We ordered Chinese from a nearby restaurant and it was very good, but we had way more than we could finish. Opened up the fridge and it was turned off! We turned it on high and it never got very cold. We probably should have called the front desk, but instead we told them on the way out. The ice machine was broken on our floor and the vending machine would not take credit cards. The rooms are dated. The bathroom lights are very bright and only one switch for all of them. When going to the bathroom in the middle of the night you are blinded. This is ridiculous. There should be a way of illuminating in at least 2 stages or at least don't install concert lighting. The staff were not friendly nor inviting. The pillows and sheets were nice, but the bet was very uncomfortable. All in all I would never stay here again and wish I had seen a review like this when I researched area hotels.

PPMy family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Service: 4/5 The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work. Rooms: 3/5 Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay. Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.

GGuest UserIt's fine for where and what it is. Unfortunately I waited forever at the airport for the shuttle and it never came so I had to hop on a neighboring hotel's shuttle and then walk over. BECAUSE I GUESS THE SHUTTLE DRIVER NEEDED HIS AFTERNOON NAP.

Very Good
SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

TTai HongThis hotel turned out great, not only was room very very clean, location was excellent one subway stop from O'Hare and one block from a shopping outlet where there is a good size food court, also 7 eleven. Not much in term of view but didn't really come here for the view. Construction in lobby is really slow moving and annoying, and the joke of a business center is just one computer in lobby area and a broken printer, kinda hard if you need something printed. Front desk guy kept telling me where the restroom was without listening to the question, which was kind of rude, but overall a very nice stay!

GGuest UserThere is a bus to the airport. The service is good. I checked in early. Later, the plane arrived at 6:00, and the front desk delayed check-out until 3:00. The service is heart-warming, and it is also a good choice for airport transit
