This is a beautiful hotel. Great service. Our room was amazing. The team at the hotel provided amazing service. We loved the large pool area, the cabana’s rented were tropical and were beautifully decorated. Loved this hotel and would recommend it!
Beautiful hotel!! Great location!! Thoughtful and kind staff!! From the moment we pulled up to valet to check out our interaction with staff was the most pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a girls weekend , a family trip & even a romantic getaway. Will definitely stay here again!!
I used to live close by and always wanted to stay at this hotel. Now that I live elsewhere, I had the perfect opportunity while visiting friends. The hotel is small, unique, extremely clean, and everything I wanted it to be. There’s so much charm in the details. My room also had an incredible shower. (See pictures.) The person at the front desk is professional and kind. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Hotel is chic & modern. The walls are thin though. On our 1st night we were awakened at 2:30am by an extremely loud & lively couple in the room next to ours. But other than that we loved the hotel & the location.
A few weeks ago, me and my entire family got stuck at the Miami International Airport well after midnight. We called Marriott and booked 3 rooms. However, when we arrived we were told that the hotel was fully booked. The guy at the desk I think his name is Rohan, the Jamaican guy. He was very understanding and friendly. He explained to us how an error like this may have happened and did what he could to accommodate us while we tried to find another hotel. He even gave us a case of water while we waited and help us get a cab. He also canceled the reservations without charge for us. We’re happy about that. A few other persons came in after us that was in the same situation, some wasn’t as understanding as us, but he did very well with handling the situation. Please figure out why we were able to make new reservations if the hotel was fully booked. It’s frustrating for guest and I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for staff.
I spontaneously booked a night on Hotel Tonight and it was a spectacular evening ! Jonathan was very kind and offered complementary Prosecco immediately as I checked in. Juana and John Luca were very kind and phenomenal front desk greeters! The first impression matters the most !! Juana was also very sweet and sent a birthday cake sent to my room. I felt so special ! The next day, as I checked out, and Francisco is very knowledgeable about the area offered tons of great recommendations in the Coral Gables/Miami area. His customer service is remarkable! Lastly, the best part of the whole trip was the rooftop bar and my server and bartender, Angel. He was the highlight of the stay ! The conversation was great and the food was ON POINT! Great way to end the trip ! In general, all the staff and employees made my stay incredibly memorable
I stayed here because it was boat show weekend and everything was incredibly expensive. I paid $225 and felt abused by it. Having no real option I made the best of it and in all honestly the hotel was not a bad hotel. It is old and tired and in need of some updating, but the front desk guy was helpful and friendly; the rooms were clean and everything worked. A/C was noisy but that seems to be Miami's thing. Had I paid less I would have been happier. It is a little isolated, although I was able to take a 20 minute walk to Starbucks. and passed McDonalds and a few eating places along the way. Lots of students walking around, so obviously its close to a Miami University campus. I would go back, at a push.
Had a decent two night stay here in Apr 2022. My other typical hotel options (AC Doral, Dadeland) and the MIA Airport Marriott were out of my company allowable rate allowance so I decided to try the FP since I saw it looked new and Coral Gables is my favorite part of Miami with the restaurants along Miracle Mile being close to this hotel. So starting with the positives: -Friendly staff -Newish hotel, definitely one of the nicer FPs I’ve seen -Free, ample garage parking with no required valet (I like parking my own car and keeping my keys) -Comfortable bed/room/fitness center -Nice looking pool on 5th floor rooftop -Very convenient to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and MIA Things I was less happy about and would send me back to the AC Hotels if the rate were comparable: -TV did not have YouTube capabilities like many other hotels do -Very noisy/walls are thin - when your neighbor is on the phone you hear their entire conversation- maybe this was because I had an adjoining room? -Breakfast buffet is OK but they only had paper plates and I prefer real plates and silverware Overall this is a good choice for a visitor to Miami and you’re probably better off here than at an older Courtyard (that was my other choice in my rate range and I’m glad I chose this property). But that European-style AC Hotel breakfast is calling my name so I may go back there next time :).

Right in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

Old , outdated and dirty. This hotel needs serious maintenance. Duct tape , mold, damaged walls , old carpeting and curtains . Don’t let the photos on booking sites fool you . It’s cheap for a reason . Only positive is the location or it would be ZERO stars . Won’t stay here again.
