Very good 👍
It is relatively cost-effective in Los Angeles.
And it's close to the shopping mall. It's very convenient for eating and shopping.
The mall has a festive atmosphere
Service: The service is also great. The lobby is very warm and the service is very considerate. Check-in is smooth.
The hotel offers an airport pick-up service, but it is recommended to call the front desk. Because the airport is small, the hotel shuttle does not always run between the airport and the hotel. The service is good, the room space is relatively large, but it seems that there is no bottled water in the room.
The environment is very good, hygienic and convenient. The service staff are very friendly. The reception staff also gave my son a set of train toys, which was very considerate, but we were just passing by for a trip, and we look forward to staying here next time we come to the beach.
The hotel is older, but the rooms are relatively large. Parking at the hotel is free, which is better than the hotel I stayed in before in Irvine. The hotel lobby also provides free coffee; this hotel also provides 2 bottles of mineral water and snacks for free (see photo) ; Breakfast is indeed relatively simple, the patties are limited, and breakfast ends relatively early. The reception staff at the hotel front desk were quite polite.
This is a nice hotel, great location. The only thing I didn't like is during rush hour it can be a pain to get in or out of hotel because the traffic backs up to the entrance.
Checking in in the middle of the night, there were people at the front desk, very touched, the room was very cold, and the air conditioner was not working at 32 degrees Celsius. The bath water is also very cold. Health is OK. At 9 o'clock in the morning, an aunt came in directly, saying that because her registration form was unoccupied in my room, is that my problem? In case you are in the bath or something, it is not embarrassing.
Service environment and location are very good
The price is just a bit high. Maybe I ordered it late.
Personally, I think it’s worth booking for less than 1k.
Opposite is the south coast shopping mall
And the ocma museum is free.
This valuable hotel is highly recommended for a vacation if I would be able to spend a longer time. A king size bed was arranged as I compared with different travelling websites. From the front main entrance, lobby, corridor, room and bathroom were cleaned and highly organised. Even though, there was not mosquito found within cafeteria area. Efficient and friendly staff were helpful to provide all necessary information and to arrange all check-in and check-out procedures. It was enjoyable to swim in the private pool. A valid hotel guests card was needed to open a gate. The last but not least, this hotel is highly recommended to spend time.
We really liked our stay at the Westin. It’s very clean & the rooms are as well. The beds were comfortable and so were the linens and pillows. The restaurant/bar area is great with the outdoor waterfall & food was really delicious. We will stay there again!

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is much better than expected, the facilities are complete and new, and the breakfast is good. Close to the high-speed port, convenient transportation. Stayed at night, the surrounding environment has not been seen, and did not care about taking pictures, so did not give full marks.
IIsaiah CI booked this hotel however I made sure I pressed a pay at hotel option. Meaning you guys Shiism y have charged my card unless I physically used it in person. The motel 6 wouldn’t let me stay there because They refused to accept a printed out copy. So I never Checked in or agreed to pay for the room and I need a refund back ASAP
RRaynabooked this room for our vacation room was nice and clean, we ate out for breakfast but it was offered thru hotel the room was very spacious and comfortable, housekeeping kept us stocked with supplies toiletries, coffee, Garbage bags, clean towels etc we enjoyed our stay thank you!
Ssmithlenoreit didnt smell, no bugs and mostly clean so i was impressed. and i had to reach behind night stand to get an outlet but it was fine. it is right next to freeway noise but what can you do...the shower worked right, even the towels didnt smell like anything. parking was easy arriving late. the mattress was good and i slept fine. it was unpleasant that they partner with 'hooters' but were very polite to me. if you want good coffee, drive to a coffee shop otherwise you can get caffeine fix here. recommend trip to bolsa chica ecological reserve, i saw a great blue heron eating a stingray and reddish egret dancing and more
SSIYUNThe facilities are relatively old, and it is depressing to take a smoking room. Although a passenger in the front did not smoke, it was rather a smoking room. The smell of the door opened a lot.
Breakfast was lame and would not stay again a second time!
RRobinsonThe room was pretty nice, although there were cigarette burns in the comforter. We stayed in a ”non-smoking” room. The night front desk attendant seemed to be very rude. Also I don't believe there is an actual working A/C in the room. Just a regular old light switch that says on/off, I included a picture. We kept said switch on all night and still was extremely hot. If the A/C had been working, this would have been a pleasurable stay.
