I can't say enough good things about this property and staff! The rooms and so clean and comfy, everyone is the sweetest and it is so well located to I-95 for our trips back and forth from Florida to NY! We make a point to stop and stay in Fayetteville during our trips because we are scared to try anywhere else! We like to call it our home on our way back home!

There is a small shop opposite the breakfast, there is a parking lot downstairs, and the next high speed is good, as a transit rest hotel is very good! Suitable for parents, although the hotel is ordinary, the price is also close to the people, the service is more responsible

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Fayetteville I-95 and was really impressed. The overnight agent was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, even late at night. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made for a restful stay after a long drive. The location right off I-95 is perfect for travelers, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on future trips!

This hotel was a gem. The room was clean and was updated. I love the fact there was no carpets in the room! That was the best part.
My second time staying there.
The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Some stains on the sheets, not much.
The front desk was efficient, and helpful with finding a place to eat
They followed the CDC requirements due to COVID and we felt safe.
I hope they keep up with maintenance and not let it go down like most hotels.
Definitely worth the stay.

We stayed at this hotel overnight with friends. After arriving at 10pm on an 18 degree night, the room was 57 degrees when they walked in! They called the front desk who didn’t seem to care and told them Housekeeping leaves it that way and they will just have to wait, it will warm up soon. They called back after 20 minutes after the temperature wasn’t budging much and got a similar uncaring response. They pushed to change rooms and found the same thing in the new room. They waited for over 90 minutes for the room to warm up enough to shower. So much for arriving, relaxing and going to sleep! Had 1 of the 3 front desk people on duty shown even the slightest empathy with the situation, it might have made a difference, but they said it was hotel policy to keep the rooms that cold and there was nothing they can do. I get trying to save energy, but if you check in with your arrival time on the Hilton app hours in advance, can’t 1 of the 3 people at the desk do the right thing and turn the heat on? Clearly, a hotel to avoid!

GGuest UserMy family recently traveled to Fayetteville for our kids’ sports weekend. This hotel was perfect and has everything we could have asked for!! Breakfast was delicious, WiFi great for kids devices, cozy and spacious rooms, plus an incredible fitness center for mom/dad to steal a quick early am workout. AND kudos to the wonderful staff for being so gracious and hospitable. Our family had a wonderful stay and we will surely be back when activities bring us to the Fayetteville area. Thanks again!

GGuest UserThis place is where you want to stay. I highly recommend to all Healthcare professionals and family's. Don't let price fool you, it's great for the price. Brad , the manager is great. Place is very clean and quiet. I stayed here for 3 months and absolutely had a great stay each time. All rooms are fully furnished with complete apt style living. Bathroom is clean with a good hot shower and water pressure. Thick bath towels....beds are comfortable. Also it is very secure and safe. Has outdoor grills and tables. I will always return here for all my stays!

TTiCheck in was pretty easy and fast. The hotel isn't in an ideal location if you don't drive. Walking to the mall is a little ways away but there is a shop across the road but it's pretty tricky to get across the street. The room was a good size but you don't get any extra toiletries such as tooth brush, comb, etc so make sure you have your own. The hallways did smell like smoke and the gym is on the bottom floor but was out of order my whole stay.

I checked in around 11:30 p.m. hoping to get some sleep. Hotel had old beat up dingy look. Carpet worn. Room was beat up, old, and did not look like their nice website pictures. Lots of smudges on mirror/TV. There was lingering ********* smoke inside hotel and loud club music right below my window. At 3:00 a.m. approximately 6-8 police cruisers came to the club with loud sirens waking me up after sleeping only 2 hours. I left around 3:30 a.m. and drove home exhausted. I asked for a refund when checking out and was told to call back for a manager. When I did an individual identifying herself as the manager promised a refund within 3 business days. When the refund did not come I called back a few days later and was told that the person I spoke with previously was not a manager but a new employee, and there would be no refund. When I referenced the folio that the previous “manager-employee” sent me, the manager said that it had been sent from her personal email account. He did not apologize for that or anything else, was argumentative, and provided very poor customer service.

GGuest UserThey don't have a bar. The pool is closed but nice and clean but we can't swim because I was told that it's to expensive for them which probably means for the insurance. For the price they charge trust me They can afford it. We think that the women or men that works the front desk are robbing them blind. All of them are very rude. You don't like the job???? Get the hell out then. Place is not clean. Drugs everywhere and call girls. Hey to each it's own. No whirlpool bath tubs either. Wear houseshoes or socks or your feet will be nasty as heck. Only 1 washer and dryer for use at $2.75 which the washer doesn't wash only spins. Stay at your own risk!!!!!!
