First time at this hotel in Daytona! We were greeted with the most interesting and great staff! Great first impression from our Valet guy and Joe who stored our luggage until our room was ready! Bartender and Staff were also so friendly and welcoming ! Front desk staff were just as awesome !

I stayed at the Daytona Autograph Hotel for 13 nights and I have to say it's one of the best hotels, not only because of the amenities, luxury and cleanness of the hotel but also because of the wonderful and friendly staff. I want to give a special thanks to the following staff member for making our trip an unforgettable and wonderful memory A big thanks to: Front desk : Sebastian, who checked us in and was so friendly and helpful with all our questions. He was a friendly face after a 24 hour travelling trip. Guest Services and All around Superguy : Doug, Thank you Doug for the friendly morning chats, helping us navigate to some of the best spots in Daytona: The Lighthouse, The Jetty, The flea market, The Speedway introduction tour and many more. Really appreciated the chats and your friendly open (always having a smile) personality to me and my family. One of the cleaning Staff : Abraham Thank you for the nice small conversations in the morning we had, you were always in a good mood and always happy to have a small chat and everywhere you had been cleaning looked spotless and smelled amazing after you were done The restaurant Staff: Drew, thank you for fixing the daily chicken burger for my son and sharing the gym talks and teaching me some of the slang: like no rush actually means..... Good luck continuing bulking and hitting your target. Thank you for the chats and your friendliness. Big thanks also to : Enkro (hope i wrote your name right) and the restaurant lady with the long curly hair and always a bubbly personality ( I apologize for not catching your name). You recommended an amazing fish restaurant which was a local treat. Both for your friendliness and kindness towards me and my family. As i arrived i was greated by ”Lachuna.F” she was working the front desk at the time, and i must say love her energy, and they way she made me feel welcome. she laid out all the amenities, and how they work Side note i love that the check out is 12pm i think almost all hotels should do this. Miss Lachuna also gave me a few local spots that i could visit while i was here, she also knew where there was a close by movie threatre since i wanted to go to the movies. Overall loved miss Lachuna.F. The hotel itself is nice, i gotta be honest i never statyed at a home and Suites by hilton so i did not know what to expect, but i love how clean it was my god. I loved my room very put together and very clean, its like a mini apartment. overall i love my stay and i will definetly be coming back.

We ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean. Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable. My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped. Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days. I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does

While the front desk and breakfast staff were truly excellent, this is not a good property. Housekeeping/maintenance are very poor. The carpet needs a deep clean and the exhaust vent in the shower was coated in gunk. Plus, the housekeeping staff seemed to be more interested in finishing their work quickly instead of well (i.e., one day a supervisor kept roaming the hall talking loudly on the phone/radio early in the morning seemingly to wake guests up and another day our room wasn’t cleaned because the staff claimed we had a privacy tag on our door when we did not). The food selection at breakfast was fairly limited each day (with pretty bad scrambled eggs) but the drink station was well stocked. We have not had good luck with the RI chain as a whole lately but this one was particularly bad.

This hotel is a little cottage in the woods sort of place…quiet, not cluttered with urban madness at your doorstep, yet easily accessed for events and adventures nearby. Driving is a must and what it might lack in some things you want… like free everything….you have the gift of seclusion and rest. The lobby and entry area is huge and possibilities endless to relax, do business or meetings, and to chill out with food, snacks, and beverages. I used canes and my walker on a bad day and navigating was easy peasy. I cannot say enough about the staff from folks out front to cleaning crew to Bistro waitress. Flat out kind. Thoughtful. Funny. Helpful. Honest.

Not bad, very pretty Facilities: a bit old Health: quite clean Environment: Nice. There is a big window where you can watch the sunrise in the room. Service: The communication is not very clear, overall it’s okay^_^ The hotel's heated swimming pool and hot spring are nice and comfortable
