The overall is good, the price is considered cheap among hotels of the same level in Chicago, and the location is not bad. I will consider staying again next time. But I don't know what time is the breakfast? I haven't had it for more than a week. š
Except for expensive, others are quite good. Breakfast is average, but this Western-style hotel, we are not used to eating is also normal. When I first arrived, I went to the restaurant in the hotel's atrium and ate a lunch. I didn't expect it to be quite pleasant. The price was real, the service attitude was good, and the taste was not bad. The only drawback is that I don't think there are a few chairs in the hotel entrance. It is not convenient to stand at the door when waiting for the car.

Experience: The receptionist was very formal and polite, he was also very straightforward! The place was spacious and decorated, and the room was better than almost all the previous hotels we went too! Also the hallways arenāt very loud or crowded, thatās a plus.
Service: They tidied the bed and replace the towels, pretty nice of them to do!
Food/Drinks: We didnāt eat there, but the coffee was good (kinda tastes like tea).
I checked in 2 hours in advance, but I was charged 80 per day. I thought it was a security deposit and would be refunded after check-out, but it has not been refunded until today. Of course, I only asked if I could check in early, not if it was free.
