We only stayed for one night on our way to the Cascades Loop. One can tell that the property is quite old, but it is very well maintained. The room we had was clean, the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard for motor hotels.
When we are in East Wenatchee and need a place to stay overnight, this Sure Stay is our 'go to'. We always know what to expect - great price, smells good and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, working to accommodate any request we might have. Coffee and breakfast are good. We appreciate good service!
I stayed here during a Christmas holiday trip from the east coast with the goal of enjoying the Leavenworth town holiday festivities. The hotel was conveniently located, for me, as I traveled from my first destination in Seattle via Amtrak and planned to take Amtrak to Chicago afterwards. The Wenatchee Valley Mall is across the street from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and other businesses within walking distance also. The King Suite type room on the second floor was convenient, clean and even had a fairly nice view although it was somewhat behind the front archway. The breakfasts were well prepared with a variety of hot and cold choices. Kitchen staff kept the offerings replenished and were very friendly. Front desk staff was cordial and helpful during my stay. One of the hidden treasures of this area is their Link Transit system! The buses are FREE as of this writing and there are several routes to get you where you need to go. There is a bus stop in the mall parking lot across from the hotel. The bus dropped me off right next to the hotel entrance when I advised driver where I was staying. I was able to take a bus to and from Leavenworth several times; avoiding the rideshare and taxi fees. It took longer but I was happy to see parts of the area I would not have seen otherwise. I also took a bus to Walmart and the local post office. The hotel does offer information regarding local taxi service but I never used it. It would be helpful if they also offered Link Transit information. I would definitely stay at this property again. I did not use the pool, gym, guest computer/printer but noticed other patrons making use of their availability.

The best thing about this Garden Inn is its location right on the riverfront and next door to Pybus Public Market. Several interesting restaurants are within easy walking distance from the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable if rather generic and bland in design. The fitness room was very well equipped with two ellipticals, two treadmills, a recumbent bike and a Peloton. The only downside: The Hilton Honors $10/person food credit doesn't go very far in mitigating the cost of breakfast or other food/beverage items during the day. Nevertheless, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The room was as expected for a Motel 6, clean and well made. The grounds are filthy with trash, gum and cigarette butts on the walk ways, but thats been par for these motels. I can deal with it for the money. The part that I canNOT deal with is being treated with indignant, rude behaviour over a policy that is NOT noted with the booking agent I used. I was taken aback with this motel's unexpected $100 deposit, refundable if theres no room damage. I've stayed in other Motel 6's during these past few years and not once have I ever had to pay a room deposit. So, I (diplomatically) dared to question the policy and thats when the woman who checking me in told me she was going to just cancel my reservation. She didn't ask me if I wanted it canceled. She TOLD ME she was canceling it! This was late at night. I had no where else to go. She had me where she wanted me and I had no choice but to shut up and pay the fee hoping they would refund it without hassle. Fortunately they did and as an insurance I made sure to take pictures of the room as I left it. I understand their reasons for deposit based on other guests bad behavior, but her demeanor about it absolutely was appalling.
It's a older hotel. But rooms are clean.Beds are nice and comfy..New air conditioners.which works very good. Our room had vinyl flooring ,which I loved.Bathroom full tub/shower.goid water pressure .newer flat screen tv.fridge and microwave worked great. It was nice and quiet here.the staff are very nice and helpful.managers on duty are wonderful and super helpful. They offered a nice continental breakfast.Fresh maple bars, coffee, hot cocoa, tea, oatmeal, cereals, fruit,My husband loves donuts so he was there daily.:).It was our first time visiting Wenatchee and we really enjoyed it.We booked an extra night cause there is so much to do.We will definitely be back.It was our 29th anniversary and we had a wonderful time.So if you are ever in Wenatchee and want a clean, affordable hotel,be sure and check it out. :)
Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms and hallways were clean. Staff was always wearing a mask. The complimentary breakfast was lacking, as someone who doesn’t eat meat all they had was scrambled eggs, bacon and fruit cups (packaged in syrup). Bagels or toast would have been nice but I understand it’s a free service. Had to sign up for pool use due to Covid, so we couldn’t use the pool the first night but it was very nice to have it all to ourselves during our time slot we signed up for.

We had the wheelchair accessible room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a walker or a wheelchair. The price was amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again. And it was so close to the Wenatchee Convention center and all the local restaurants.
