The hotel's public areas and room decoration are full of Latin elements and lively. Room facilities are good, but not equipped with slippers, called the front desk and said that suites are required to have slippers. There is an outdoor swimming pool and gym on the 5th floor lobby. The only problem was that Ctrip prepaid but the hotel did not receive the payment during checkout. After contacting Ctrip customer service immediately, I agreed to repay at the hotel, and Ctrip refunded me later.
Visiting 915 for Christmas with the family and we stayed here for a couple of days. The first issue, as you arrive is the way to get in to the parking lot. The way to the main entrance is a dark back road. When you park be aware that it's limited and if you have a SUV you will get hit by the car parking next to you. Our room was in 3rd floor and the room was attractive with refrigerator and 2 beds, no microwave. The second issue was seen with the shower which had a strong water stream yet the shower had half a glass only and water spilled to the getting ready area by the sink. Third, the hotel had breakfast for purchase and not as a buffet like other hotels. One night my wife and I stayed to see a football game. Issue four, the front desk clerk didn't allow us to see the game in the large area with big TV. We had to sit at the bar and view the game on a small TV as he vacuumed the area. THAT was NOT a good call and bad customer service by the clerk.. The ladies cleaning the room were friendly and most front desk clerks followed their lead. We have stayed at many Marriott and this one was weak for the reasons mentioned. I would look to stay at another hotel in El Paso.
Clean and comfortable, the bed is comfortable. But there is no toothbrush and toothpaste slippers, no free purified water. Hot coffee ice cubes are available in the lobby on the first floor! Breakfast is simpler, bread, milk, cereal, sausage, etc. There is a shuttle car, going to and from the airport and he said where to take you, within 3 km.

Too close to Mexico, I feel too biased... Service attitude is very good... After breakfast, I went to Austin. The price was cheap and the environment was a little worse...
I am hugely disappointed with this hotel. I cannot believe it is a Marriott. We checked in to the 2 bedroom unit for 5 nights as we are in the area for family. We likely will need to return a few times to clean out a house and we are looking for a place where we would be comfortable. This place was not cleaned thoroughly and maintenance was not up to date. The smoke detector kept going off and needed a new battery. So that was the first thing we called the front desk about. Then the bathroom, the shower curtain has fallen off, the bath tub and the sink do not drank properly. The kicker is that there are dishes in the dishwasher and they have molded. Who knows how long they have been in there. There is also only 1 thermostat for both the bedrooms and the living space. We were either freezing or too hot. I also did know there was a $10 fee for parking until I got my bill. Friends tell me that I should have complained more and maybe gotten some Marriott Bonvoy points or something, but I didn't. Huge disappointment.
On arrival at the Plaza, we were greeted by the wonderful valet Jessie, who helped us to our room after check in. We had a great room, lovely huge bed, private bathroom and everything we could need for a great stay. Situated really well for exploring El Paso downtown. We dined at Ansons 11 across the road, after choosing from their interesting and varied menu. The roof terrace was something else, with far reaching views and an amazing place to watch the sunsets, made all the more enjoyable by the friendly attentive staff and tasting an Alaska Pearl dessert! The rest areas within the hotel are very stylish and comfortable, with the central bar being a real design gem. The bar staff might want to keep their private conversations to themselves though while customers are drinking/eating at the bar?
Stayed here for one night with my wife in January 2022 while driving to Arizona for the winter. Contemporary venue. Standard and predictable Courtyard. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. No unpleasant surprises. The young man at the front desk who greeted us and imparted some local information to us was very nice. However, it would have been even nicer if he had been wearing a mask while conversing with two retirees who were trying not to catch Omnicron.

GGuest UserGreat hotel! The breakfast was above average, the room I stayed in had an ample amount of electrical outlets, which always makes me happy, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Aside from the obvious positives, there were also the inevitable, but honestly negligible, negatives. The shower refused to provide cold water, which was a little annoying. The hotel doesn’t really provide water, unless you want to drink out of the sink, and the room did not come equipped with blankets. Other then these, again, mostly negligible negatives, I fully recommend this hotel to people in the area in need of a good nights sleep and a good mornings breakfast.
GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel multiple times, my most recent visit was an exception to the rule of excellent. We arrived to our room and a horrible smell of sewage hit us even my daughters didn't wanna go in the room. I called guest services and they had a valet switch our rooms in about 5 minutes and even upgraded us to a better room. Which I wasn't expecting but made up for that weird moment. Other than that our other stays are always pleasant and now I know if something goes wrong they'll go above and beyond to fix it! We've also visited the restaurants and they are a good place to eat and the location for us is 100% the best. Employees are also always friendly and helpful. Will recommend and continue to stay here in the future
JjenwhiteMy Husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing, the room was very clean the whole place is very clean. Rick the owner is an excellent man he goes above and beyond to make his guest feel safe and happy. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights that's how safe we felt. The parking lot is well lit up. If we ever go back threw El paso again that will be my place to stay. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful quite and safe place to stay.
LLiberty_FacilitatorMy wife and I recently visited El Paso for our first time and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn El Paso/University for 3-nights, and we can't say enough about the location, the amenities, and the STAFF. Ray at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, and professional. He provided incredible restaurant recommendations and insights into El Paso's rich history, and was enthused by our interest in his city. We spoke with Ray upwards of three times a day as we explored El Paso. Randy from the hotel's restaurant was also extremely helpful, professional and a delight to speak with. We ate breakfast at the hotel and in addition to being delicious, Randy's company made it worth our while. We chose the hotel because of it's proximity to Fort Bliss and the sites we wanted to see....and we're overwhelmed by everything both the hotel and the surrounding area had to offer. We will stay here again if we ever make it back.
刘刘The hotel is very good, the lobby and the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is great and very rich, the attitude of the waiters in the lobby and the restaurant are very enthusiastic, stayed for a few days, very good value for money Recommend
GGuest UserThe room had mold, holes in the wall smelled like smoke. The worker Jocelyn refused to do a refund. They messed up the names on the reservation after confirming, they gave a huge run around rather than fix the issue. I am still pending my refund but you better off staying in a ditch than this placeUpdate:manager is dodging calls and still has not issued a refund, but will continue to follow up until issued already reached out to corporate but will do it again.
Iisee47Hotel is 5mins drive from El Paso airport. No shuttle provided so uber there. Clean big room equipped with small kitchen, writing table and a single seat sofa. Lots of eateries nearby. Perfect👍
EEstelle MAwesome customer service all around. The manager and staff very understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable, enjoyable and most of all affordable. House keeping doesn't bother at all. They would bring us what we needed clean towels, toilet paper, new and clean bedding with no problems
GGuest UserThe hotel is under renovation, so the entire property looks bad. The room we stayed in was dirty. It looked like the beds had been made and towels placed in the room, but otherwise, no cleaning had been done. The floors were dirty, with crumbs and stains on the carpet and loose hair and dirt on the tile. The broken bar of soap on the edge of the bathtub alerted us that the tub was dirty, so we skipped taking a shower in that room. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of stale tobacco smoke. There were loose sugar and creamer packets on top of the microwave. Outside, there was trash scattered all over. Yes, we realize that the property is being renovated, but this is not an excuse to leave trash on the ground. We stayed, but only because it was late and we did not want to risk being unable to find another room. The clerk when we checked in was polite and professional. That's the best we can say about this location.
The average price for hotels in El Paso is AED 568 on weekdays, and AED 577 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
