GGuest UserThis place was an absolute embarrassment. I walked down the hallway into my first ”smoke free” room. The hallway had the strong stench of smoke and I encountered an ever stronger smell of smoke in the room as if someone had just left the room. I asked for a second room, and cleared up the smoke issue for the most part. I was still down the same hallway and could smell it at my door. Both rooms had countless cigarette burns on the bed spread for a smoke free room. As I continued my night in my second room, I discovered no lightbulbs in the bed side lamps, no alarm clock, no tissues in the tissue dispenser, and crumbs in the drawers. The reviews here read highly of the cleanliness and the new renovations. Those remarks are clearly left by family and friends are meant to mislead. Nothing is new in the hotel or remodeled and cleanliness is not a term I would ever use for this place. Even the new less smoke room had the strong smell of mustiness. After staying at a higher priced hotel for my return trip through the area, I was reminded of the no health and safety procedures in place as we are currently still working through a pandemic.

BBernadette CThese people steal Out of people deposit. They will say you stole a dirty motel 6 blanket to keep your deposit. They’re not friendly and treat you like you’re a criminal and not not a visitor .the internet was going down and hard to check in with front desk .
