It's OK, but there is no free drinking water and no electronic scales

The breakfast is pretty good, although it is simple, there is no problem with eating. There are milk and cereals and various beverages. The steak is delicious. There is parking lot. The location is about 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel introduction is the same as the actual one. The front desk is very welcoming. There are McDonald's and Burger King in the surrounding area. There are also fast foods such as bigboys that are not available in the country. There are mainly large supermarkets. There is No. 25 bus next to the hotel. Very close.

Good option that offers value next to Columbus airport. There is a shuttle to the airport, we waited around 5 minutes at 4AM for the shuttle. Room is spacious and modern, and comfortably appointed. Only two minor complaints - our room didn’t have much lighting, and this was compounded by our windows being blocked by a concrete courtyard/no outside view. The airport noise was very quiet, but the heating (while effective) was a bit loud. However, would still highly recommend for a night before an early flight!

The hotel is very close to the airport. I checked in this hotel early to ensure a smooth trip because my home is too far away from Columbus. It was better than I expected. During such a difficult epidemic, they also gave breakfast in the safest way. I, individually wrapped in a paper bag for guests to take to the room to enjoy, also helped me solve the problem of printing the test report, arranging a vehicle to take me to the airport, it was free, and the very heartwarming service made me very touched. Everyone who needs will settle in this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights in 2 queen suite for the Ohio State football game. Pros: Location is in a cluster of other hotels right across from airport tower & had easy access from highways; free parking; breakfast was average, but well stocked & the attendant was great; room was spacious, had decent beds, lots of outlets/charming ports, and was clean overall. Outdoor pool looked very nice, but rainy weather didn’t allow us to use it. Cons: The pillows on 1 of the beds had a terrible odor & had to be removed from the bed. The tv remote did not work properly. Shower drain didn’t drain well. I thought the “suite” was supposed have both a fridge and a microwave (according to the room reservation)… but there was only a fridge in the room. No room safe. The carpets in the hallways are in desperate need of replacement. Overall, it was a fine place to stay for a couple nights while in town for the game. Staff was very friendly. And proximity to the airport is probably a huge perk if not driving into town. Note: There is a McDonald’s next door to hotel and within walking distance. However, only the drive-thru is only open after certain hours. Not a great option for late night food if flying in late and won’t have access to a car.

We live locally, but had a super early flight so we decided to stay the night so we could sleep in a little. The hotel was really busy as there was a soccer tournament in town and some flight cancellations. The rooms was adequately sized and fairly clean. The bed was comfortable but I didn’t love the pillows. We had a few drinks and some food at the bar area. Drink prices were high, but the bartender made the drinks nice and strong. Though the hotel was busy, I didn’t hear a lot of noise in the hallway or coming from other people’s rooms, so that’s always a plus! I would recommend this hotel to any needing to be close to CMH for the night.

Very good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, the staff at front desk is very nice. The room is clean and comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service attitude is very good, the hotel location is good, you can walk to Macy's, NORDSTORM, LV, GUCCI, Tiffany. There is a Chinese restaurant PFCHANG not far from the front door of the hotel
