4.3/5
Excellent
We stayed here 3 times since it was refurbished 3 years ago. Breakfast is typical. It has a seasonal outdoor pool. It is conveniently located to our friends and family right on the state line. Rooms are clean, thermostats work although during winter the halls are cold. The rooms have enough technical data ports including the TVs which can be connected to our PC to watch our premium channels. Handicapped: The ground level with back entrance has some accessable rooms. The breakfast level is on the same floor. We stayed in one once on the 2nd floor that had a zero entry shower, however the curtain did not hang low enough and left a wet floor. In regular rooms there is a shower grab bar that hangs vertical rather than horizontal which may be important for some people. Shower floors are slip resistant
Spent there 3 nights. Rooms are more or less clean, but the staff is very kind and helpful. There are very good restaurants nearby. If I were to complain-there would be two things I would mention only two things: hearing/air-conditioning units in rooms-they make terrible noise (especially at night). And the second is that the hotel urgently needs renovation- peeling paint in the bathroom, toilets either. Basically, was not able to enjoy my Diamond benefits.
GGuest UserConvenient to the airport for an overnight stay from a late arriving international flight. Free LAZ Fly shuttle that runs 24 hrs. Easy check in. Great front desk staff. Comfortable room with updated furnishings. Great mattress. Decent hot breakfast although wish they stayed open later than 9am.
Broke up a long road trip with a one-night stay. Arrived after 9 p.m. and we were greeted warmly, professionally, and with a smile. Quiet, clean, safe and comfortable. Everything was in fine working order. Free breakfast hit the spot. Loved having a fresh waffle. Other available offerings were cereal, breads and yogurts. Check-out was extremely courteous. Will definitely stay again in the future.
GGuest UserThe location is a bit remote, but it doesn't make much difference if you're driving. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively old, and the breakfast is relatively simple. Overall, it's a good experience.
伯伯罗奔尼撒大大A retro-inspired hotel that looks old and has a feeling of atmosphere. The front desk at check-in was very humorous, and let me take a photo of him. Simple American breakfast, free parking, self-service laundry, cheap, passing by for one night, still very satisfied!
Aaifei2006Hotel location is very close to the high speed, we are self-driving, very convenient, the bed is very comfortable and very comfortable, the room is relatively clean, the breakfast is good, the price is more affordable! Service attitude is very good!
GGuest UserThis was the second time I stayed here. I booked a king room with a refrigerator and a microwave and requested a first floor room. I was staying for 10 nights. The night employee is extremely rude. Her standard response to any question or concern you have is ”well, you can cancel.” When I arrived, she said there was only a second floor room. I stated I had requested a first floor. She asked if I had written that when I ordered my room. I said that I had, I had stayed many nights this year with Motel 6, and that I was staying 10 nights. She said it wasn't possible-never a suggestion that later in a day or two I could move. The key card had to recharged twice. I kept getting shocked by electricity when I turned off the light switches. The blanket had multiple cigarette burns in it. The heating/air conditioner unit broke the first night, and the TV never worked at all. The bathroom sink faucet sprayed water when used. The shower took a very long time to get hot water out of it. There was broken glass on the floor, which I cut my foot on. The noise every night was unbelievable. The outer door would not fully close-it only stayed closed because of the safety latch. Motel 6 doesn't even provide Kleenex! The towels are as thin as tissue paper, and the bath towels are barely bigger than a hand towel! There were punched holes in the walls and doors. The metal stair railings to the upper floor are extremely rusty and could almost break off in your hand. One lamp had a burnt out bulb in it. this place needs a major redo. Firing the rude employee and letting her know what customer service is would be a huge start!
