幸運地找到這家不額外收度假費，並提供免費停車的性價比非常高的resort，地理位置也很好，酒店對面就是海灘。check in 時前台告訴我們總經理為我們免費upgrade 到了兩室一廳兩衞的套房，真是意外的驚喜。廚房裡的炊具，餐具，調料一應俱全，我們在離酒店開車7分鐘的foodland採購了大米，麪包，牛奶，牛肉，蔬菜，水果, 每天自己下廚做飯，既解決了思鄉胃的問題，也省下了不少餐費。一般度假酒店並不每天打掃房間，但這家每天都來打掃。房間裏還有洗衣機，並配備有洗衣液，和足夠多的衣架和超大，實現了每天洗衣的自由。房間的北陽台櫃子裏配備了幾張沙灘椅，入住時還發了沙灘浴巾，每天可以閑來無事在沙灘邊看看帥哥美女沖浪，邊聽聽海浪聲。酒店服務也很到位，入住當晚就來電話詢問入住是否滿意，是否有問題，讓人覺得很舒服。總之這裡有一種家的感覺，強烈推薦

The hotel on this island is estimated to have breakfast, because the scenery is better, so you need to drive yourself around to buy food, the breakfast is very rich, you can bring it back to your room to eat, the hotel is a two-story wooden house, separated by a road from the beach. 快快跑小猴子The hotel is very comfortable. The whole room is good. There is a large swimming pool and a heated pool. The rooms are large. Maybe Maui Island is more expensive as a whole. This is the right price. Seeing the organic group also stays in this hotel hahaha. The breakfast at the hotel is very generous, but the breakfast here is more diy than the high-end hotel. Many things need to be done by yourself, such as baking muffins and toasting, but it is quite interesting. The bitter thing about breakfast is that there are too many birds. As long as no one is at the table, there will be birds to eat food. I was mad twice after being eaten twice. The only disadvantage of the hotel is probably the location. It is far from the main attractions of Maui Island and the famous beaches. Especially when you are tired by car, you will feel that the location selection has failed. But overall it is a wonderful experience!

GGuest UserWe had a brief but really fun stay here at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa. We were warmly greeted by the sweetest staff member, Megumi. She heard that it was our dream one day to stay here and for our 16th anniversary we made it happen, and she surprised us with Leis! It was incredible. The staff here are attentive and kind and so welcoming! Michael with Maui Gold pineapples made sure to tell us all about the resident HUGE fish in the Koi pond, a cousin to the piranha, whose name is “Mitch”. The kids loved the fun facts he shared, as well as offering us some of his delicious Maui Gold Pineapple and some chocolate buckeyes he generously shared with us. The lobby had our complimentary coffee for guests from 6-9am, and a fun flamingo (yes, there are FLAMINGOS!) and koi feeding at 9am. Upon arrival we were also given two complimentary tickets to grab a cocktail or mocktail at their poolside bar. There were other complimentary offerings as well that we did not take advantage of. The kids spent most of their time on the waterslides. Poolside seating can be difficult to find if you arrive later than 10am, but if you’re patient and keep an eye out, a space usually opens up. The location can’t be beat as it’s directly next door to Whalers, which has great shopping and restaurants that are beachfront. Awesome snorkeling at Black Rock is a short 5-7 min beach walk from the hotel. We were really happy with our stay! Our room faced the mountains and we had a gorgeous view of the sunrise. There are private adult only hot tubs (one infinity sand bottom!) and pools as well. Water bottle filling stations are found on the lobby floor. Excellent choice for families. $35 self park fee or $45 valet.

Been to the Grand Wailea a couple times before but this was the first visit where I went to check out the fitness center and found it to be a highlight of the stay. Lots of great equipment, open 24 hrs, and almost always empty (except for early in the morning when I saw a few other guests). Wish I could use the facility without being a guest.
If I had to pick a downside to it, then it would probably be renovations going on. Although the noise never bothered me during the stay, it was mostly an aesthetic annoyance with the signs and blocked off areas.

The room given was not bad. I could see a sea view. It was great to see the stage and watch the show every night on the balcony. The room is not small, the maintenance is normal. I have cleaned it several times in the middle, gave a tip, cleaned it cleanly, and left a small note of thanks. The hotel has performances from 6-9 pm every night. It is more exciting on Friday. It has a local hula dance and performance. It is very good. It is super boring at other times. Several American aunts dance in American Square. The hotel’s own restaurant tastes good and the price is good. Sleeping late did not eat the hotel's breakfast, but there is a canteen, there is a coffee sandwich burger to sell, the price is OK, very convenient. Belonging to the first-line beach hotel, it is a beach, the location is very good, next to the Sheraton, black rock snorkeling a lot of fish, you can see turtles every day. The beach is really very good, the water is clear and the sand is young, there are not many people, watching the sunset is super beautiful. In general, the expensive hotels sold by Kaanapali are justified. The fish that I spent 2000 ocean snorkeling saw no more black rock.

AAnonymous UserQuite a nice hostel with helpful and friendly staff. Accommodation well organized, detailed information sent in advance by email. Access to the hostel and room by individual code. Mini breakfast with coffee included, kitchen available if someone wants to cook something themselves. During rush hour you have to wait a bit for a bathroom. Without your own car, access by buses (to the transit center they go about every 30 minutes).

刘刘I booked a garden view room for 3 to 4 people. The room is huge and beyond imagination. In fact, it is a two-bedroom, one living room with a corner balcony, and a kitchen dining table. Although it is not facing the sea, the mountain scenery on the opposite side is extremely beautiful, the sky is high and the ground is wide, and the clouds are floating. In addition to the large room, the rest is lackluster, the overall is outdated, the swimming pool is average, the beach is narrow, and the infrastructure is still being constructed between the two to block the passage, which makes the space on the seaside cramped. Downstairs, there is a small night market square consisting of several food trucks, and there are also several businesses selling T-shirts and handmade wood carvings. The overall grade of the hotel is 3-4 stars, the experience is average, and the price/performance ratio is acceptable, so I don't recommend it.

SsunnyyenThe location is excellent. After picking up your luggage, just call the hotel for the shuttle bus and wait at the No. 3 waiting point. The shuttle bus will arrive at the hotel in 5 minutes. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The best thing is that the backyard is the beach, not to mention the outdoor swimming pool in the yard. There is a door on the grass in the backyard. You can go directly to the beach or the sea, and open the door with the room card to return to the hotel.

GGuest UserIt's a decent hotel with no frills. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but worn out. There isn't really a beach and sorry if odd people hanging around. I think people live there long term in one section. The restaurant and bar were closed for a private party so we ordered Doordash. Beds need replacement as you sink into them and they are uncomfortable.
