Best Helena Hotels

I recently needed some information about a reservation in this area. I called at 6:45 . Knowing this is a busy time but needed to make a decision! I can not rave enough about the young lady that answered the phone. Evelyn was pleasant, answered in a timely manner, gave me all the information I needed. This is what we want in an front desk person!! To get someone that projects liking their job and knowing it! Evelyn thank you for helping 💓

Short version: didn't care for this hotel. Check in: a very uninterested woman checked us in. No problem, except she asked me to mention her in the survey later. Mmmm, maybe. The room: the 2nd floor had obviously been remodeled as it was bright. The room had overhead lights which is good. The walls have been painted and were noticibly empty. No artwork (not a problem really). It looks ... stark. The weird: It looks like a new entertainment center and desk, with a cabinet for a fridge. The fridge was too big, so it sat next to it, and the compartment is empty. The carpet has obviously not been replaced as part of the renovation. It looks old and dated. Yet, it looks like it was sloppily installed, so maybe it is new and just doesn't look new? The bed was really firm and it creaked when you moved. But the TV: has to be 20 years old. It's small, bulky and really, really slow to respond to anything. The bathroom is renovated, but, let's just say, when you clean it, clean everywhere. Mop the edges too. Breakfast: promptly at 6 am. I was the first in and ... it could use cleaning. The clerk in the morning was gone, with a sign that says ”If the clerk is gone for more than 3 minutes, call this number”. One delivery guy came in and said ”Hello?” and the clerk came out of the little back room. She clearly just woke up. Everyone else just stood there for a few minutes and dropped keys in the bin and just left. I've been here for about 40 minutes, and she must be asleep again... all is quiet and nobody is at the front desk. Overall, no, I would not stay here again.

Cleanliness...hospitality...when you arrive in the parking lot...you have a sense of security...when you enter the front lobby it resonates with cleanliness...it has been some time to experience such a Motel for this rate...quiet...surrounded by food venues...it is ideal

The overall facilities of the hotel are very good, warm and comfortable, breakfast and service are very good, it is a little distance from the airport, if you are closer to where you are going, then you can recommend it.

The staff was wonderful!! I had to call to let them know i was coming in late no problem!! No problems with anything, were their to help whenever we needed them r someone. Great location not far from oak mountain state park!!! Thats where we had our family reunion!!!!Best Western PlusGreat Staff and the guy that keeps the breakfast and lobby going he's Great!!! and to all that read this$ Tipp the breakfast man PS He's the Cook too😅😂🥰🤩😜🤪😝☺️Just saying 😉 😀

We booked as the price was right especially being Canadian with the exchange rate. But you get what you pay for. You can see they did some upgrades to the room but not good enough. The ice in the freezer part of the fridge was 3 inches thick all around. The air conditioner hummed so much it vibrated the floor when sitting on the couch and in the bed. They put a new surround encloser around the tub but on the floor around the tub was filthy. The toilet was new and the flooring looked like fairly new laminate. The bed was comfortable and tv and internet good. Their hot breakfast was waffles, no eggs, no toast, just cereal and some small muffins, juice and coffee. If in need of hotel because can't go anywhere else for 1 night you could stay but would not recommend and will not stay there or any other one.

Quite, clean and an over all good stay. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was updated and comfortable. Very convenient to everything around. Breakfast was lacking but didn’t expect much. I would stay again when in the area ………………..
