Amazing staff and all around great hotel would recommend usually pretty cheap and well worth the price. Always accommodating far beyond expectations I've stayed over 15 nights and every time it's 100% added new waffle maker and always have fresh coffee on hand. Love this place- Ian E

Highly recommend this hotel as a place to rest your head. Hot breakfast is delicious, rooms are clean, pool was great, and Jeanie simply goes above and beyond to make your stay great. Breakfast was always hot with a good variety. If you’re a waffle fan, they are delicious. Rooms were spotless and the pool was immaculate. Thanks Jeanie for a wonderful stay! Easily the best stay in 100 miles radius. We originally planned to be here 3rd through the 4th during our move from California to Pennsylvania. Our truck unfortunately broke down, so we were stuck until the 8th. Not easy with 3 kids and 2 dogs. They were more than accommodating of our situation. The staff were friendly and helpful. But Jeanie made us feel right at home. By the end of our stay, the kids couldn’t wait to get up in the morning and see her. Now days, you just don’t get customer service the was she serves it up. If you are in the Jacksonville area and need to rest your head, this is your place to be.

Close to I-55. There’s nothing nearby, but there’s a town with decent restaurants just a few miles north. Zero amenities at the hotel, maybe ice. Breakfast was cold cereal, toast, biscuits and gravy and eggs. Room not at all like the pictures.

The good: the breakfast. Area was kept clean and food was always hot and plentiful. The okay: check in was fine. Recognized as a IHG member. Provided with a bottle of water and a packaged snack. The not so great: Housekeeping didn't bother cleaning (or ”refreshing”) our room for the first several days of our stay. The reception desk ladies provided us with additional towels and even a garbage bag for our overflowing trash. On the third day, I asked to speak with the manager, Derik. He seemed to feel that it was not his job (and clearly not his concern) that this happened. He even tried to tell me that it was policy not to service rooms regularly. I told him I'd certainly apologize if he could point that policy out to me at either his hotel or the IHG website. That didn't happen. There was no apology nor any follow up. We made our own beds, brought up our own cups and coffee pods, etc. for an relatively expensive room for the area. Pool area was not particularly clean. Hot tub was out of service the entire week. We won't be going back to this location even though we have family in the area and I'm a loyal IHG customer.
