Excellent
my experience at staybridge has always been fantastic. and this is no different. i like the feel of staying in a studio, of which some are even bigger in size than a one bedroom apartment. staff are also friendly. there is also a wide spread of breakfast : eggs, bacons, bagels, breads, pancakes, chobani yogurt, granola, mixed fruits, juice, etc. bottled water is complimentary. courtesy of kirkland brand. within a stone's throw is mcdonald, starbucks, a vietnamese and a burger restaurant. safeway and riteaid are 5 min drive away

RRomer88We had a great stay here. The receptionist was welcoming, and checkin was quick. The room was large with a big bathroom, well appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We found it to be quiet as well so we had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was included and was very good. Many items to choose. We would stay here again.

GGuest UserWe've stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the years...each time it's gotten worse. This was our last time! 1. Found two COCKROACHES in the room. They tried to say that they were 'Water Bugs', and the manager, Yvette, insisted that Idaho doesn't have Cockroaches. Wrong...I looked up water bugs, and these were no water bugs. You can just look online and there's many sites you'll find regarding Idaho and Cockroaches. Cockroaches Found in Idaho are mostly German Cockroaches. These are one of the most common species, not only in Idaho but nationwide. German roaches are mostly light brown in color, while some can appear slightly reddish as well. But, YES, there are Cockroaches even in Idaho! 2. The rooms there have always smelled. This time was worse than ever. Either from cigarette smoke, or just a filthy, worn carpet. But the room wreaked. The manager, Yvette, tried to call me a liar, and said the room didn't smell. 3. The chain lock on our room door was broken off, and also the lock on the exterior door to the hotel would not lock. Anyone could just walk into the hallway from the street. It was like that for the 4 days we stayed there, and they were told the first day. 4. Dirty, run down, and after all the problems during our stay, the manager Yvette was indignant, rude, and said we could go elsewhere. I asked for a discount, but she tried to tell me that I was given a discount when I first reserved the room. Wrong...it was the going rate being offered online as a veteran. She also noted that I had a couple of complaints during my last stay, which is true. However it's gotten worse, and worse...but we kept trying to give them a chance... I'm sad that it had to come to this. I've never posted a complaint like this, but Yvette was so indignant and rude when I tried to explain the problems we had, that I feel I should let other travelers know. I'm sending a complaint to Wyndham as well. But they've probably received tons of complaints about this hotel and staff. Check out the hotel and room BEFORE you agree to stay!

GGuest UserOur hotel room door didn’t shut properly. Clear signs of the door being previously kicked in and terribly “repaired.” The deadbolt takes some work to close from the inside. You can see into the room from the hallway with light and noise coming right in. I should’ve known something was wrong when we checked in and were told that the handle to this room “pulls up, not down.” The door doesn’t properly shut. We went to the front desk to talk to someone about this. He said he’d speak with a manager and call us in a few minutes. He called our room and advised that he could only move us to a room with two Queen beds. We asked to be moved to a similar room and this is the last one of this room type. The front desk person hung up on me after he was repeating himself over and over. He was awful. No compassion. No empathy. No understanding. His name was Joe. We’ve pleaded with him our concerns. We went to the front desk. Joe had a phone in hand and was threatening to call police and have us leave!!! All because we want to feel safe with our children! He called the manager who was going to move us to two rooms with two queen beds and then move us back to this room after it was repaired. Joe was originally not willing to offer us that second room as I explained one room with two Queen beds would not fit our family of five. Once we went back upstairs, we tugged and pulled on the door until the deadbolt finally worked. We returned the keys to the front desk for the other two rooms. Later that night when we opened the sofa bed, it was broken. We went to the desk and showed him pictures of the broken sofa bed and the sheet that was on the bed with potato chips all over it. He explained that if we stayed in the existing room for that night, they could then move us to a similar room the next day for the remainder of our stay. No one would touch our things and we could move them when we return that afternoon. I stopped at the front desk the next morning to confirm what we were told and that our things wouldn’t be touched and also to again tell them about the door, sofa bed and the dirty sheet. A women behind the desk said that they don’t put sheets on the sofa beds but that whoever cleaned the room last must’ve put a clean sheet on the bed BUT they must’ve been eating potato chips while she was working. This is not taking ANY ACCOUNTABILITY! The next day we moved to the room above ours. This room did not have a working bathroom fan and was extremely dusty and dirty. I thought that with all of the issues we had, the manager would want to talk with us and try and make things right. Check in with us. Nope. She never did. This is unacceptable.

BBallinGreat breakfast. Plenty of parking. Other guests are okay (versus some at motels in SpookLou [Spokane and Valley]). Hotel staff are excellent and considerate. Owners are also excellent! Work out room with free weights. The car park maybe a wee bit difficult for a tractor trailer or fifth wheel with long trailer, yet fine if tractor bobtail. They also clear the car park of snow when the snowfall is done. Easy access to Idaho state route 41 and I-90, though the Idaho 41 and I-90 intersection is weird and treacherous (SLOW the stuff DOWN, way DOWN). Easy access to Post Falls sites and sounds like a Walmart Supercenter, Yoke's grocery, good breweries (Post Falls Brewery, Kaniksu Brewery, Up North Distillery [Honey Spirits!], and bring your MAGA hat Selkirk Abbey)/ WiFi is pretty good. Okay for long term stay with large mini fridge and microwave. Also, I book exclusively through Trip.com. Photos eventually yet see the Google Maps instance for this Post Falls Quality Inn. Better than the Sleep inn, WAY better than the sort of sketchy Red Lion inn on th western side of Post Falls, ID.

What an unexpected gem! We came in exhausted after a long day of travel and this place was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located. There was a waffle breakfast and some other cold breakfast choices, which was nice. The front desk worker (sorry I forget his name) was incredibly helpful and personable. I will definitely stay here again.
