"I chose the facilities and location on purpose,however the pool was closed due to inspection not complete. Breakfast was fine but somewhat cold. Service at desk was excellent--staff friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Housekeeping staff was not thorough--found dirty underwear behind desk and under couch and there was a very strong mildew smell in the bathroom. Hall was not vacuumed and when we asked for a room cleaned, it was not done very well. I am assuming they were short-staffed like everyone else but they should address the mildew, which is not healthy. I loved the fact that there was a full kitchen and we were able to be on the first floor."

"This Hilton Huiting hardware facilities are relatively new and service management is in place. The rooms are bright and bright, the internal facilities are positioned for mid-range family outings, refrigerators, microwave ovens, pots and pans are all available. Parking is free. Close to Dallas nucleic acid detection point, Realtime labs 7 minutes drive. Breakfast can be taken back to the room, late check out until 12:30 at the latest. Overall maintains the consistent standard of the brand!"

"Happy with the stay. Hotel is clean, both common areas and room. Check in staff was great. Location was convenient for our needs. Very good breakfast/lunch restaurant only minutes away (Starwood Cafe). Hotel has a small bar and restaurant, but we did not use them. Both looked clean and well kept. Other guests were obviously enjoying them.
only complaint, the room HVAC kept cycling and the fan was a little loud. I'm a light sleeper, so it probably impacted me more so than the average person."

YYOUNGSHIL喫煙所は外にありました。
何箇所かにあって、でも灰皿が最初少し分かりづらかったですが、一度分かれば迷わなくなりました 笑
部屋は綺麗でしたが、ヒーターがすぐに作動しなくて少し寒かったです。
キングサイズのベットは硬さも丁度良く快適でした。
シャワールームに置いてあるシャンプーとコンディショナー。
なぜか、ボディソープは無くコンディショナーが2つ置いてありました 笑
私はトランジットのためにここのホテルを使用しましたが、空港からホテルまでのシャトルバスは無く、タクシーを使用しました。
空港までのタクシー料金は、おおよそ30ドルでした。
初めてのアメリカ旅行で、英語もあまり話せない私からすると、朝食はとても難しく感じました。
女性がこちらが要求したものを皿に入れてくれるのですが、英語でメニューがボードに書かれてるので、eggとBaconしか読めませんでした。
中身が見えるようにすれば、読めなくても食べたいものをチョイス出来そうです。
それは改善していただきたいです。
アメニティーに関しても良くも悪くもなく、ただ滞在するだけなら特に問題はありませんでした。
また利用したいと思います。
ホテル全体はとても静かで良かったです。
