The hotel is on the edge of the highway. There is free parking. The rooms are clean and odor-free, and the beds are relatively large. Breakfast is relatively simple. There are Starbucks and Chick-fil-A on the side, but there are no other shopping places. Generally speaking, it is especially suitable for guests passing by overnight.

Nice quiet  comfortable place Been staying here for almost about a week now. Very clean quiet no trouble very comfortable. Stay here. Employees are awesome. If you're ever around in Lexington South Carolina I need a hotel. This would be the place I would recommend. They also have very fair rates compared to other hotels in the area.

in most hotels, one may stay a few days. It would be a common and pleasant experience. However, my stay at the Residence Inn was completely different. I felt like I was more than at home. The room was clean but more than clean. It felt safe and secure. The decor was modern contemporary, and the furniture was arranged symmetrically. Yes, I've stayed here before, but it just felt different. The desk personnel was very pleasant, the gentleman in the breakfast/dining area said 'good morning' each I came to breakfast. The food was well cooked and arrange in such a way to have each item. I admit my first day was a little rocky because I came down still in a sleepy mode but adjusted. Thanks again, if it's the Lord's will, you will see me again.

I made a reservation at this hotel after a long day of driving and needing to stop. When I arrived, the front desk woman was on speaker on her cell phone booking reservations for her own trip. She did not say a word to me but simply held out her hand for my ID and card. Gave me room keys without a word. I asked here where the room was and she just pointed away from herself. I went out to get my things and returned. The room she wrote on the card was 1201. This room did not exist. And I was forced to return to her, where she was still on speaker booking her own trip, and she rudely told me she wrote the right number on the other side of the paper. This was only the beginning of this stay from hell. The ENTIRE property reeked of ****. Not something stale or in passing but quite clearly many people were smoking throughout the hotel. Then I get to my room and it is filthy. Old food remnants on the floor. No toilet paper in bath room. Very foul BO smell. Tried calling front desk and (big shock) the woman hasn’t answered the phone. I’ve been staying at choice hotels for years and this is DISGUSTING. $70 for a dirty, smelly room and an incredibly rude hostess who couldn’t be bothered to speak to me? Oh, and did I mention I’ve been on hold with their service line for 40 minutes? Unbelievable!

We arrived to a very pleasant desk clerk. When asked, he suggested several eating places nearby. When we returned and unloaded, I had to ask for my free water bottles as a Hilton Honors member. When we arrived at the tiny room, smaller than any I've stayed in under Hilton. We found the black out curtain was not there and could not close the side curtains far enough. There was an opaque curtain which anyone could see through from inside or outside. No way to block it. This was first floor. The front desk offered to move us and I suggested a handicap room as my partner on a rollator This room was better, but barely big enough to move rollator to other side of the bed. Bathroom was plenty big. However, adequate. Not like any other Hampton/Hilton we have stayed in.
