No complain on the hotel, clean room and very friendly people...for the money, definitely worth it...

The hotel is quite far away from down town although it's nice hotel and some good restaurant nearby. Facility is good and they have a restaurant & bar inside, very nice. You can also find some good restaurants that not far from the hotel.

The hotel is strategically located! Very close to the highway, convenient to travel. From the hotel, you can walk to major supermarkets and shopping centers, and enjoy convenient living. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the service and facilities are very good. Breakfast is average, no extra bed, suitable for children, because there is a swimming pool. The parking lot is very large and convenient. Traveling to Seattle, this hotel is a good choice!

I live here almost every time I go to Seattle. good environment. The hotel's facilities are still very well, swimming pool, bar, dining bar, large floor-to-ceiling windows, grass on the window, small gray rabbits everywhere on the grass. There is also a steakhouse at the door of the hotel. There are many places to eat and shop, Korean supermarkets and Korean restaurants.

Not gonna lie, had not held a meeting at the Embassy Suites in 20 years and boy have I been delighted! Service wonderful, clean, friendly, organized, staffed. Pleasantly surprised how great everything has been. Room set up perfectly. Smiling staff. They are very accommodating and flexible. Appreciate Embassy Suites in Lynnwood today! 70 independent insurance agents in attendance.

Except that the room was a bit noisy, everything else was fine. It is recommended to choose a room that is not facing the street.

It was a last minute reservation for this hotel advertised as 2 stars. The room was noisy both because of the guest walking around in the room above at 4 am making a lot of noise which shouldn’t really be the case but this building is old and has no sound isolation. Also because of the road noise, which was terrible when the trucks pass by. You feel like you’re sleeping in the middle of the highway. The blinds hardly make the room dark. The bed looked clean, but was uncomfortable with sheets almost falling apart. The breakfast options are limited, but that’s given for this type of motel. I have stayed in numerous hotels around the US for under $100 a night and this one is close to the bottom of the list.

Nicely renovated rooms. My original room's bed was sinking down due to a mattress problem and they switched my room for a bed with a newer mattress. Good service overall.

It's not bad, relatively quiet, clean, not far from the business district, recommended.

The hotel should have just been renovated, the exterior looks rather old, but the rooms have been renovated so they are still pretty good. The location of the hotel is also ok, and the breakfast is relatively simple, and it is the shop with the least variety.
