Marriott's hardware is always guaranteed, except that the air conditioner can only cool, and it cannot be frozen at night.
I have to say that a young woman who checked in at the front desk had a very bad attitude towards the Chinese. At 7: 8 that night, there was only a young female staff member at the front desk, and there was an older guest checking in, so I've been waiting by the side, with a suitcase beside me. In order not to worry the front guests, I deliberately separated by one or two meters. Waited for more than 10 minutes. At this time, a white couple chose food at the bar and wanted to check out. When they saw me lined up, they stood on the other side and waited. Well, God's operation came, and the staff at the front desk immediately beckoned to another staff member in the lobby to come over, and that person quickly settled the bill with the white couple.
After standing for more than ten minutes, we have been blind to the fact that such a hotel that discriminates against Chinese people will never be able to stand still.
$25/day resort fee due at check-in. The AC units shut themselves off after some undetermined amount of run-time. Had to keep flipping the breaker to get the AC to run. Temp never got to the setpoint and because it didn't run long enough, it never sucked the humidity out of the room.
Room was clean. Parking lot was crowded.

This property is approximately 1 hr from Key West. Check in is handled remotely, works very well and we found the 2 night stay met our needs at a reasonable cost. A restaurant is within walking distance, (we did not use but there were good reviews posted online). A short drive from the property provides multiple restaurant choices.
The front desk is a converted car office, just parked on the side of the road, very easy to find. After work at 5 pm, we arrived at 6 o'clock, and the staff put the key and map of the passenger late in the envelope with the name of the user. Place the envelope in the box in front of the office. When I checked out in the morning, I didnāt have time to go to work. I also put the letter and put it back in the same place.

Excellent
BBEIMore variety of breakfast, tastes good ēč beef patties and waffles and freshly squeezed juice! The bed in the room is very comfortable, two one-meter five, not stitched, the mattress is comfortable! The pool is a little small, but the pool is next to the sea, the scenery is good! Free parking. There is a large supermarket and grandfather McDonald's in the next five minutes!
GGuest UserGreat location, beautiful and well kept facility, places to relax and places for kids to have fun. Restaurant on-site is fantastic and views from the marina are serine. Room was excellent and had more than expected. Close to restaurants, groceries and many other things.
SSEUNGHUNI am very pleased. There is also a beach and the ocean near Hilton.
The first floor is connected to the parking space outside to the second floor.
I recommend I have a microwave kitchenette
GGuest UserDelighted to have stayed 2 nights at the Kingsail Resort. The room was cute and clean with fridge and microwave. Ā Air conditioning = great! Ā The pool = great!
My daughter and I borrowed 2 kayaks for a one hour ride in the mangroves. It was very pleasant. Ā We also happily took advantage of the laundry room. Ā
The terrace at the back is well furnished with tables and chairs for reading, having a meal or simply enjoying life. All the furniture is new and comfortable. We observed manatees there during the 2 evenings. Ā
The lady who works at the reception is very nice. Ā She answered all my questions. Ā
Only one point that could displease, but it was not the case for us: the many āwildā roosters crow before the sun even rises. Ā We found them rather beautiful with their multi-colored plumage.
WWilcoxPeterCoconut Cay Resort is one of the best lodging facilities that I have stayed at in the Keys. Our Room Attendant, Elizabeth, had our room well stocked and extremely clean, including the corners and behind the toilet. The office staff was welcoming and professional. The bagged breakfast was quaint and enjoyable. I would have given Coconut Cay Resort 10 stars if it was possible.
CCynthia AnnI had read the reviews for this hotel on several websites before booking and decided to go with them because they were all good. This was my 60th birthday trip and when we got there this place looked just like their website. Beautiful Old style like youāll never get to experience ever again.
We got a room upgrade to room on the Water. Room #1. Thereās nothing fancy about them, but I think thatās what adds to the charm of the hotel but everything in the room is nice, comfortable, clean and works. Patio leads right outside to the water where you can sit on your deck or walk along the pier and look at the boats, we had a boat docked in front of our room. I loved watching the people getting ready to go out. I joked and told them I was happy letting them borrow my boat for the day. We enjoyed our daily Pelican visitors who sat on the post every evening and we enjoyed the Rooster every morning when we sat outside enjoying our ice tea. The pool is very nice, I dipped my foot in and it was a little chilly. The beach area wasnāt much of a beach in my opinion. But it still adds to the charm. Lisa and Tammy were very nice and friendly and we had no problems checking in or any issues whatsoever with our stay. There is a food truck on site we ate at 1st night, because we drove all day and it was real foggy by the time we were going to leave to go eat in Marathon. I had the Crab pizza and Brian had the Ham pizza. $15.00 each and big for one person if your hungry. I didnāt eat all of mine. lol. But very good. The hotel just changed ownership and are doing upgrades and some renovations, so at times while we were there it was a little noisy but nothing we couldnāt deal with. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to the Keys. Because youāre not going to get this Old Style feel staying right on the water for much longer any where else especially for these prices. Pictures our from the deck of our room and one is of our baby sleeping on the comfy bed. Conch Key š“.
GGuest UserI booked two rooms for our friends both rooms were clean and the location was nice but our room the tv did not work well we called three times over two days yet got no responce.the most disapointing part was the resort facilities were not open the pool bar we never saw open and the bar at the waters edge was only open twice we called and was told the bartender couldnāt make it. We found TJs down the road and spent some evenings at that resort. The breakfast was not enjoyed by anyone in our party. I cannot recommend this resort.
The average price for hotels in Marathon is AED 1,048 on weekdays, and AED 1,243 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
